And back to the whacko CS rep. He didn't make just one mistake, he had a history of behaving like this. I think I mentioned in the other thread I've seen other chat sessions that would make your eyeballs bleed. That's no lie.

Now Bonustreak has brought up a good point - affiliates want to be ensured that VIP players are taken care of like VIPs should be. I'm sure most affiliates wouldn't touch your casino with a barge pole if they knew that this is the guy who wuuuuvs us sooooo much . Why he's still there is beyond me - but it's your business, not mine.
I agree with you about the processor part , how many casinos do you see saying the same thing as they are, it seems some casinos will continue to operatore like this as they think it will scare people off or something if they get the truth, the funny thing out of it all though is so many lie and we can see this.
trust me you get more respect from telling the truth in the online casino industry as we get lied to aroubnd every corner.

I kind of would like to give that operator another chance though, evryone needs to make a living in life and he might be a family man.

I for sure dont condone the Managers putting him in charge of the VIP group though.
It sounds like to many chiefs and not enough indians working in Rome right now.
I mean it was only a two months ago that he spoke to a potential fish i that manner.

He should still be in customer service only and weekly training and coaching done on the tasks he does.

Bryan, I havent seen the chats that would make my eyes bleed and if i did I may change my stance.

I bet I know whats going on there, to many hands in the honey pot and as a result you have half completed tasks out there. Slow down do one thing at a time guys to make sure you get it right the first time.

I'm with you CM...to me it's the ole blame the processor story being hung out to dry. Sounds more like a cash flow issue.

If a processor is crap then you get another one. It certainly doesn't take this long to sort that out. Albeit it does if you have a cash flow problem.

The fact that some affiliates have been paid whilst others are still waiting, for me, doesn't fit into the story(s) we're being fed. Sorry but it just doesn't.

    And reiterating Webzcas...

As far as the TST audit, that's a bit like saying...Check out my new Ferrari...I'd take you for a drive but I can't afford the petrol

They pay their players, but it seems that they pay with false checks.
    Read and shiver..

    Never again will I second-guess CM's judgment.

I'm sorry, but please read the whole thread including my post and
also the post history for this player. She has badmouthed us on every turn yet by her own admission not only kept playing with us but actually opened a second account in our sister casino knowing full well we're the same company.

I think CM is a very objective place usually but it seems we are always
guilty in your eyes no matter if the evidence exists or not. And if I sound a bit bitter its because I'm trying to be responsible and take the blame when its there, however I cannot explain our side if everyone immediately assumes we're guilty.

    Kind regards,

    Noah

    Hi Cindy,

Maybe you should PM the player and ask her before hinting we paid her off. If you think that's what we did just ask her, because we never did.

    Kind Regards,

    Noah

At least for me this is one casino I will be avoiding. All I have seem to of read this am is issues with rome casino. The other thread is about a player that won and rome casino issued a cheque that was not valid. Then reading the posts in this thread it seems their affiliates are not getting paid either. Not a way to get new players to join your casino. Maybe you should take some time fix up the issues at hand then post. As of now all I seem to be reading is rome casino blaming everyone else for their errors and not their own casino.

Just felt it was only right to let people know. But some affiliates are starting to get paid their overdue payments from Rome. Well, one affiliate has mentioned over on the GPWA that he has received his payment.
