Rival and the 5 day rule..

How can any Rival casino be listed on the accredited list when they continue to invoke the 5 day rule at their pleasure??? If this is in their T&C's, they should NEVER make the list, IMO!

Third time (different Rival casino) that is invoking this rule..geezes..Today is the 3rd day and they are telling me to try again on Friday (6th day includes Sunday withdrawal day so actually 5th day)

All operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience. You are currently placed in queue number 1. The average wait is 18seconds. An operator will be with you shortly.
You are now chatting with 'Xander'
Xander: Welcome to Live Support. How may I assist you?
ME: I made a withdrawal 3 days ago. It shows it is still processing.
ME: how much longer will it be?
Xander: May I have your Login name and email address please?
    ME: silcnlayc
Xander: A withdrawal will take 2 to 5 business days, weekends not included
ME: I understand. But it has been 3 days and I figured that it would be processed by now since it was made back into an online wallet account
Xander: i see it is still processing
ME: Yes, that is what I saw too. I guess the casino will be invoking the 5 day rule and I might get paid on Monday then.
Xander: you may try again Friday
ME: That seems to be the norm for Rival casinos..invoking this rule...for their own benefits
ME: I guess that means Monday...the eighth day as usual.....have a nice day..

I don't care for that long wait either. Sloto was pretty fast then I moved over to Superior and they took about 3 days I think? It makes no sense to me why it should take so long to process to an online account?

I'm not sure if a casino should not be accredited just for this though. BUT five days (or 8 in your case) is VERY long to wait.
    Christmas is coming fast!!!

I too am experiencing a longer than normal wait for my withdrawal to be processed, I cashed out on Sunday as well, and I am still waiting. In the past I have been able to cash out and have it back into my web wallet within 24 hours, now I am waiting on 2 cashouts, and today is the 3 business day on both. Situations like this make me think I will be sticking to Slotocash, atleast I know they are fast. Hope you get paid soon, let us know.

My last cash out from a Rival... I withdrew on a Friday night. It was the following Thurs. evening before it landed in QT. And I've been playing there since Rival was the very new kid on the block. I kept thinking they were going to pull the old 'send us docs' routine again, but they didn't ... they just sat on it. And it wasn't much to sit on. LOL

Hiya: Knowing it takes 5 days, and not wanting to be tempted to reverse the cash out, means having another account someplace else to play, "Small", for those 5 days.

imhop; Even if you had $1000, and cashed out $700 of it, you should, "NOT" play that $300 that is left over, until the withdraw you made is in your bank acct. This is easier to do, if you are playing with $100 or so, at some other casino..........

It does suck having the 5 day rule but i prefer it to them stating that cashouts take 2 days and then them taking 3-4-5 days to process it,
at least there honest about it,
    I gave up gambling,
Now all i ever do is make mind bets,
You never bet any real money you only bet in your mind.
The results are fairly good, ive only lost my mind 5 times so far this month

Actually, they do state 2-5 days...so they are lying IMO...cause I have NEVER had a withdrawal processed in 2 days or 48 hours with them! If they were honest at all, they would state 5-8 days.

Because then, invoking the 5 day rule would be more on the up and up. Right now, they all lie IMO when the use the 2 day T&C and if they lie, they shouldn't be on the accredited list, period.

But using the 5-8day rule, the players would know what they are getting into and that they shouldn't EXPECT to be paid before the 5th day and if for some crazy reason the player gets paid on the 3rd day or 4th, then that is a gift, but as it is, they just downright lie when stating the 2 days...

Ive probably been lucky as ive only had to wait over the 5 days once and that was when there were processor problems ages ago, but ive always been paid in the time scale stated on the site, maybe some people do get there cashouts in 2 days, hard to say
by stating 2-5 days it gives the casino's a bit of leeway if there are any problems, but when they go over that im like you and get pissed at them

I play Rival very often and find the 2-5 day pending time very annoying. To be fair to them I have to say I was often paid into my moneybookers account within one day. On the other hand, I recall last winter when I had 2 pending cashouts over the xmas holidays... "§$)("%§/)$!"!

    Cheers Balky

The question is - does it simply take this long, or do they DELIBERATELY "sit on" a pending withdrawal and "clock watch" before processing it. The latter is nothing less than "rogue" type behaviour. Customers should receive the best service that is practical to achieve, there should be NO deliberate stalling of ANY kind of service.
