I have had problems off and on for days..now support doesn't answer

Every since new lobby, which I hate, I have constant problems loading the casino.

All day I have been emailing support and get no response.

I Found it hard to believe too... but has happened before

I thought, "maybe there is a problem with my email", so I had a friend email me and came through just fine. Plus, I did get an email from inetbet in the a.m. so no reason my p.m. emails should not be going through. Also, I attempted to send someone an email today and it came back undeliverable so if Inetbet was undeliverable I think I would have received a notice.

So, are they ignoring me? Having techical issues? I have no way of knowing since they have no phone.
 
Yes I have emailed the promo rep as Emily Hanson....

emailed promo rep as Emily has not checked in for awhile. I only experience this problem ocassionally with Inetbet but when it occurs it is annoying.

I really posted to see if others were have a problem with inetbet email support also.

It appears according to posts elsewhere that some of us are experiencing problems with the new lobby loading and others are not. Could be the same case in regards to emails.

Last email I sent was 9am my time (California US...GMT-7,UK-8) and replied by 10:30. Try the 24/7 Support link here Old / Expired Link (this will send a note directly, without going through your email) or PM the reps. Also noticed you started two other similair threads in the past....

Do you play at Jackpot Capital or Grande Vegas? I'm wondering if you have the same problem with the loading issue because they have the same lobby. If you have the same prob then you'll know it's not just iNetBet. Not that it helps in any way :rolleyes: but at least you'll know.
