[Resolved] Rushmore C. and where is Louise?

Well, I think this was discussed some weeks ago.

I made some money at Rushmore and wrote Louise a PM to withdrawal it.
Usually she replies immediately...but this time...well. I thought, she must be on vacation. Lucky her, and other will do their job.
But on the other day my money was still on my account. So I played a bit and put the same amount (lucky me) on withdrawal. Late at night, the money was still there.
Maybe I want too much, but it feels like, if Louise isn`t at her desk the payments are quit slowly. Other casinos can handle fast payments without problems. So I am quit a bit disappointet though Louise wrote that the payment-speed was a discussion and a point which she passed to the "upper management".
It`s kinda sad to see that the whole payment seems to be on one shoulder...

Louise - you are doing an very very good job!!!
