Unbelievable that casino should be ashamed of itself IMHO

Good for you anyway, glad you would have stuck to your guns

    Hi All,

I can play at a land based casino and walk out the door most times with something in my pocket, or at least having the casino pay for my night out.

I don't play the slots though, I prefer roulette.

When ever I win a $100 chip that goes in my pocket and so on.

Whereas online well that's a completely different story.

Maybe because the chips are not tangible cash, they're are just numbers on a screen, credits. I can't go to the cage and walk away with money, instead I have to wait till it gets processed and then hit NT.

I'm still in the dark woods because the temptation to throw a couple of hundred back into the casino always wins out. And that normally turns into another $500 going the same way.

By the time I do visit the ATM insert my Net+ card I yank out maybe $1K or less.

At that point I realise I'm a BIG GOOF but it's too late it's all gone back into the pocket of the casino.

    Cheers
    T

Please tell me that was NOT Spin Palace or one of their casinos?

I remember that Fortune Lounge got hauled over the coals here for offering the same thing to players. I believe they no longer do this.

But if a MGS casino(s) are doing this, then eCOGRA needs to take a look at its operations. Because frankly that's just not on

Yes it's 101% Greed but many think that rainbow will come.
And they chase & chase and they never find it at the end of that rainbow.
Everyone needs to learn how to Hit & Run.
Hit and leave and come back in a day or two.

Cashing out is not a problem. But there is a problem. Designed in the TandC's of many casinos. 3,4,5,___ months

OK blame me and UIGEA. I can handle it. UIGEA,lol!...Those effing idiots invested with Madoff and Stanford. Got what they deserved

The most likely answerfor this is the fact that when we accually win, we hope that the machine is hot and this is the time we accually get some!

By the time the bank is 1/2, and our motivation is 1/2 - we just want to win back what we originally had. And there you have it! That's why we are great customers,

    50% greed

    for me at least..

a few months ago I was up to 4,000 but decided I couldn't let the winning streak end (or so I thought) and I told myself I would cash out at 3,000 but the money went so fast that I ended up cashing out at 2,500. the wins are so hard to come by these days that I almost lost it chasing a bonus game. I take big risks all the time when I gamble and i'd say about 25% of the time they pay off..thats the fun part for me.

I've mentioned this before in different posts. I haven't deposited a red cent online or in a land casino since feb 13th.

At first I missed it, but to be honest I never even get the fever now. This time last year I was playing online almost every day.

After 10 years of gambling on and off I've concluded I just don't have the personality for casino gambling.

I tend to get obessive about things. When I channel that into something positive I do rather well which probabally explains why I used to get decent job reviews/raises.

I think after posting this thread, it made me open my eyes to just what sums of money i was just pissing away by not cashing out.

This afternoon, i just decided to sit back, relax and have some fun, with the small amount i had on my card and cashout if i should get ahead..........cashed out 500.00 at 3 dice.........cashed out 300.00 at Inetbet( did have it up to 500.00 ) the greed factor tried to show itself .........cashed out 300.00 at Slots Oasis.........cashed out 150.00 at Jackpot Capital and 100.00 at Lucky Red, i can say for the day....im ahead and cashed out and its a pretty good feeling i havent felt in a long time.................laurie
