RedBet Cashout Times

Ok Very disappointed with RedBet.

According to their review they state the following:

Reverse time = 0-5 hrs
Cashout time = 6-12 hrs
Payout limits = None
Weekend cashouts = Yes
Manual flushing = Yes

Well I made a withdrawal yesterday, when a few hours later it was still there I contacted live chat and was told that withdrawals can take up to 24 hours, I asked if they could process it out of my account but was told no it would be processed manually at some point in the next 24 hours.

18 hours later still there so asked if they could reverse part of it to save me from having the time reset, again told no.

Had to reverse the whole lot so I am back to waiting 24 hours again.

They state 6-12 hours on their review which would have helped attribute to their very high 9.2 rating. They need to make their minds up! Not Happy!

Really annoys me when a sportsbook/casino states X withdrawal time then doesn't deliver on it

Thought this might come up. Redbet used to be really quick but didn't offer GBP accounts and I had to stop with them. Now the GBP accounts are up and running but I tried them and my first 2 withdrawals were both 24-36hrs. That and the fact that a few weeks ago they put DOA back on the exclusion list for bonus play was enough to say adios

There is not a chance in hell that casino's are going to do part reverse in a hurry as if they had a bit of decency than it would not take as long as it does or simply have a lock on it in the first place.

Remember that first it was there wager requirements change to D&B and now this waiting for cash you won and is yours

Imagine if a bank done this sort of thing they would have the biggest fine hitting them and is what the U.K gambling commission or any other commission should do to sites that do not have locks, whats all this about responsible gambling? its all an act due to they only have the minimal things in place they have too, if they was really bothered about responsibility than we would not have all this waiting time.

In future if there is no limits on amount of cash outs and there free than just pull dozens of withdraws out incase you do get the urge to reverse one hit them where it hurts

Flushing is not available at RedBet.

I made two withdrawal requests, this was friday morning around 10 o'clock. They are still reversible. ( Skrill!! )

Edit: PM to EvokeGamingManager eight days ago. No response.

I only started using these guys recently again - i was an active user of theirs in 2015/16. Went to make a withdrawal a month or so ago and it was pending for a good 48hrs at least. Pretty sure they used to be a fast payer.
