Regarding Max's comment on the PAB thread regarding the apparent duck and dive customer communications policy at Imperial E-Club Limited.
This seems to be an intentional part of their s.o.p.
They recently issued a press release concerning two major progressive wins by the same player at Europa Casino, and because this venue was one of those highlighted on the recent CM discussions regarding questionable progressive jackpot payout policies, I contacted them.
My question was simple - do you pay out these large progressive jackpots in one immediate tranche, or do you (a) try to get the player to agree to a lesser amount in return for a single payment, or (b) do you try to pay the player by instalments?
I am experiencing the identical runaround to that to which Max has been subjected.
