I gotta say I love the Rushmore group. The promos are excellent, especially the weekend one, and Louise and Co. are right up there with Buzzluck when it comes to personal, fast, and efficient service.

I cashed $5 of comps yesterday and actually hit a 230x bet on a 50c spin on paydirt (love that slot) LOL. Amazing. I actually was able to withdraw $100 and there is no max cashout or WR etc on comps which is another plus

I think ive only cashed out once and it was within a few hours, but I remember reading somewhere there is delays now - anyone know?

I dont know whether this still holds true. In the past, each withdrawal had to be personally approved by Louise. She is tops by any measure but she cant be there all the time and there were delays for cashouts when she wasnt available. I hope this has now changed.

I made a withdrawal on Tuesday the 16th to my webwallet. I waited till the 18th to contact Louise to see if she could move it along a little faster (Yes we get impatient when we want to play) Louise was kind enough to respond and said she emailed accounting to ask to process it yesterday.

I waited till last night and talked with live chat and they said it would definitely be processed today.

Nothing in my wallet today so I emailed Louise again (I think she must be off the last two days which is ok, we all deserve time off) to ask if she could check on my withdrawal, but no word from her today.

So I call by phone a little while ago and talked to a customer rep who said...I see you have a withdrawal pending since Tuesday..and I said yes, and I said I was told it would be completed today, is this correct?

Well, he proceeds to apologize and says it will not be processed till maybe Monday or later...I said HUH??? This is NOT acceptable at all..my very words!

Yes, I think I am a little angry...that is the third person I talked to and have gotten the run around..the excuse he used was..paying into an ewallet sometimes is a slow process...and it will not be done today..

Maybe it will show up on Monday...now THAT SUCKS! Because I was told it would be done and its not. Falling off to the wayside Rushmore????

I cashed out last Friday and it wasn't approved until Sunday last week just to let you know they do process on Sundays . Now I am doing the wire wait.

Unfortunately their withdrawals are slow so no thanks. Alladins gold process them next working day. With these lot you have to wait 48 hours.

that is so incorrect I have gotten my withdrawels in a metter of 2 hrs to 8 hrs

you guys have to remember that Louise is entitled to have a day or 2 off like the rest of us she cant be there for us 24/7


they are still tops in my book even if it did take 48 hrs some of yall want just to much if you want that real personal experince then go to a B&M

You can shove your rolleyes. Bet 365 process withdrawals as soon as you click withdraw. No reverse pendin bullcrap. Why can't rushmore and all the other casinos? The ability to reverse withdrawals leads to problem gambling imo.
