Hm, I deposited and played on Monday, a small deposit to try them out.. Doubled it and cashed out.. today, I log in to find out where my payment is, and they wanted me to send ID and stuff. Which is fine, but why am I just finding this out? They didn't mention it when I was cashing out in the first place and chatting with their live help. I sent them the ID today and they are saying it'll take another 72 hours before my payment can be processed.

So far too early to tell if they are solid or not, but one thing is for sure I don't like the videopoker that much. The auto hold on the VP is annoying, it'll deliberately hold the wrong cards , and it slows you down for sure. It did seem fair to me though (not just because I won, but that probably helped lol)

Currently our call centre is being out sourced, and they have been informed of the error that was made, thanks for the heads up though.

Regarding our name - its here to stay, but I assure you that what you have previously associated with those words is definately not the way Gold Vegas Casino opperates!

If there is anything else you need, please do not hesitate to contact me

If the same can be said of Vegas Grande, then we have an explanation for the perceived connection. If this call centre is also working for a rogue casino, then you have more to worry about when another typo is made.
The problem is that rogue operators will deliberately use tricks and lies, to convince players they are squeaky clean, making it hard for players to properly assess each new casino that turns up.

You should impress upon the call centre that these mistakes are NOT to be viewed as "minor", since they imply a connection of ownership that does not exist.

A few rogue casinos have been "rumbled", despite using name deception, by these blunders at the call centre, so you can see, this is not always a minor matter that can be brushed off as a typo.

Virtual casinos, and the old Crystal Palace group have gone to considerable lengths to whitewash some of their properties by rebranding, and then pretending to be new to players, but have often been caught out.
Virtual have split into 2, one "reputable", and the other the "rogue" ones. They have then bundled these "reputable" ones into the Gambling Wages program, and try to avoid mention of their pedigree (Virtual). Crystal Palace casinos were all renamed, but were quickly "busted" because of the sudden, and highly suspicions, simultaneous launch of such a number of "new" RTG casinos. The support centre confirmed what was going on, perhaps not what management had intended. We still don't know who the hell is running these, Virtual have denied it, but they would - even if they were.

New RTG casinos, and those with new software, have this to contend with, and it can inhibit the process of growing player trust. Passing CM accreditation though, does wonders for gaining the trust of players.

I sent them the ID today and they are saying it'll take another 72 hours before my payment can be processed.
My first withdrawal also took an extra few days due to a glitch in the email system where I sent docs and they sent requests and neither of us got either, then we tried a different email all the while being in live chat and finally got their email and the got my docs and we both notified each other within seconds right then in chat and I was good to go and I did get paid within 12 hours. So I suggest you keep checking through live chat to see if they got your docs in order and keep it as a backup each day until you get paid. Emails do get lost and junked for some odd reason at times without knowing it. If you get Charles he is extremely helpful and got me paid ASAP when it lagged for days.

I do appreciate when live chat stays on until things get done. Recently I had a problem at an MG, and livechat hung on while I took a screenshot and emailed it to them. While they were unable to help me, they were able to verify that my screenshot got in, was what they needed, to pass onto the tech department, and said they hard forwarded it with an explanation of the problem.

Buzzluck had management available and I was able to have my ID pre-qualified while I waited.

I think with all these ID requests, that livechat can verify documents are received, and that the attachments all open properly and contain the necessary information is great, even if they cannot do the actual authentication.

I'd rather be told that I forgot the back of my ID, or that I require a more recent utility bill while I waited, than waiting the two or three days for the process to be done, and finding out I was missing something you require.

Good support is our first contact with any casino, and a real make or break in my decision where to play, given that most platforms are available to me elsewhere as well.

I still have some issues with your name. If you rise to being a great casino, the name gives the shady operators the chance to trade on your good name as well.

Sounds like you may be on the right track.

Yeah I stayed on the line and waited for live help to confirm receipt of my documents.
