I think Topgame must be dying a slow death, all the talk in the past about adding to the support team.....blah blah blah.
I just decided to try a N/D bonus at Rich Casino, I have been waiting now 63 minutes for live support, this group sucks, how the hell do they think they can survive with lousy payout games and even lousier service, what a joke!!!

Yeah, they seem to be having problems...

The Topgame website has been offline for a week. The jackpot tickers are hosted on that domain, and my tracking scripts have been sending me error messages since the site went down.

Hopefully they'll get everything sorted soon.
 
Out of interest I ran a check with one of the addresses frequently put forward by Top Game or licensees, specifically:

"Winward Hall Ltd at the NSC Campus nsc-campus.com" in Mahon, Cork, Ireland.

This is the response I received today:

"In response to your query re Winward Hall, we do not have them listed as one of the tenants here at the NSC Campus. It is possible that it might be a subsidiary of one of our virtual tenants, however they are not a physical tenant based at the NSC."

I run an affiliate program for a Top Game casino, and I just want you to know that not all Top Game casinos run on 1 support. I have built and trained my support, and they sit in house and are dedicated to my brand.

So there are changes coming, and there are operators who do value the customer and want to provide them service.

I am on this forum quite a bit, and I really try my best to understand what players want, and I have realized they want to be treated with respect, good service and most importantly be answered on time!

Pleasure to meet you.

I spoke to a rep from Top Game yesterday, about many issues regarding Top Game.

One of the issues was about the payout on the slots. He told me that they have changed the payout to give the PLAYER better odds.

He also told me they hired a new slots expert to help with the creation of their new slots, so I am looking forward to seeing the new slots - hopefully to be released in the next few weeks!

I just wanted to reply to this thread originally to let those who are really against Top Game's service that there are operators who have independent customer service.

Well it's easy to say that, but can you give us any details?

Which slots exactly?
Have they changed the paytables, or the mechanics of the slots (e.g. how many of each symbol per reel)?
If it is paytables, does anyone have before & after screenshots please?

I did not get into the specifics with him, but I do know he was referring to all the slots, both Classic and Video slots. If you ask me, it is the mechanics, but don't quote me on that.

I just checked out Gold Vegas casino ( I think they are the same platform hopefully) and I have not noticed any change in pay out scale or bonus rounds. I have played ther in real mode and fun mode. The only thing I have noticed is the games spin much slower than before which is very irritating. I do like the games though. Need a faster spin added IMO.

Top Game launched another licensee this week at Casinomoons.com - UK, France and Norway targeted in a linguistic sense....but they are still coy with upfront information.

Better odds mean they have reduced the amount the casino takes per win.
Every time you win on a slot machine the casino takes a bit,if they didn't and paid true odds it would make the game house edge free,therefor not profitable.

I imagine they simply take less per win on slots that had a below average payout,giving you a better chance in the end.Some slots probably pay better than others and they probably didn't change them.

Just for a historical record, that statement is wrong. The house edge is generally calculated on slots by having a paytable where over an unspecified period of time a player will win less than they lose.
 
Well I call BULLSHIT to anything any TG rep'd casino or TG rep themself, I just played $100 at 7Spins on Black Diamond which I consider to be one of there better games, $1.25 bet size, no bonus round, 3 sets of 10 free spins, not more than $5 return on the free spins in total (thats $5 for 10 spins, the other was $2.15 and $3.00) not more than $3.90 on any other spin........Seriously now Bruce, give us all a break, absolutely disgusting.


PS: I politley made C/S aware of my disenchantment with play, chatted back and forth, asked Ashley to review She/He said they would and was on chat ignore for 20 mins....kinda like that wait right here, I will be right back and then take off for lunch and hope they go away.:mad:

When a rep comes out publicly and states TG has improved it payouts but has no foundation of proof other than the words from his or her mouth he or she should be able to back it up factually, Bruce has done neither, my last set of comments was intended to get Bruce to show some facts, I played after Bruces comments and found the software to play the same, terrible payouts, when I did play I requested the C/S rep from 7Spins to look at my playthrough, "Ashley" said please wait and I will do this, they never returned, how is that good customer service, that 2 strikes now, and then your very first post solidifies what I have said all along about TG, nice job!!


PS: the part about not coming back to the forum.......thats okay, I am sure with a first post like this you wont be missed.

My brand sits on their own CS which is dedicated solely to my casino and my casino ONLY (50statescasino). There was no attack here at all, that attack was aimed at me from the Rich Casino casino affiliate manager because I spoke from fact and not emotion and that obviously struck a nerve. If you make a statement as important as the one you made regarding the improvement of the software do you really expect not to be called for proof, seriously now. I have no ill will or disrespect towards you and I am sorry if you have chosen to take it this way, not my intention at all.

Strictly speaking for myself, bonus game multipliers are a must, most other gaming platforms offer anywhere from 2x up on bonus spins, or some assemblance of multipliers. TopGame really lacks here, Whizard started out this way and introduced some excitement with their latest software release, would really be nice to see TG do it as well. I am not a TG hater, actually quite the opposite, good graphics, smooth games, there just needs to be some excitement built in, the oppurtunity to hit the big one so to speak.

I agree with me_and_ed about the multipliers. A definite must! I played at Rich Casino this morning for awhile. My money seems to last long enough, but without multipliers nothing very exciting happened while playing slots. In the bonus games and free spin rounds, the amounts won are small I think. But to be fair, I didn't play a whole lot today, nor ever. Not enough to say for sure that I just didn't have bad luck in the bonus game and free spins.

I love video poker. So I tried Jacks or Better for a bit. It really annoyed me the way the game held cards before the draw. If I had a low pair come up, it would hold one face card and not hold the pair. That's not how cards are usually held in VP is it? Shouldn't the pair be held automatically? It definitely wasn't holding the same cards as MGS casinos do.

The other day I had a good run on Blackjack. I'll have to try that on Topgame again. Keno isn't bad either.

The chat support was excellent today. :)

Hey, I have been seeing the same pattern on rival gaming, with NO Wins on bonus rounds.. or $3 to $10, on a $150 bet!! now, that's disgusting!!

I agree the support is not that great with TG, there grammar and spelling is bad, but.. other than that they are very helpful and pleasant.

I did play today at Rome Casino, and quite to my surprise, I did see an improvement in the payouts and bonus rounds.

I also played Black Diamond at $2.50 a spin, got the bonus round it payed out about $135, which is not bad in my book. some of there slots are boring and put me to sleep.. but, I do like the sheep game, that's more upbeat and entertaining.

I was going to stop promoting TG All together as I closed my Rome casino affiliate account. I only made abit over $100 bucks, and I was pushing them since 1/06.

They Must lower there min payment of $500 for US Affiliates, it's way to high.
I'm going to start pushing Rich Casino hard this month, and see my results.

now... I was able to cash out my affiliate wage of $90, which Gabe put in my player account. I played for a while and cashed out $400...I could of cashed out $500 but I wanted to play longer.. which.. I did..
I played for hours, and it was great! now let's see how long it takes them to process my payment. if all goes good, I will start depositing and playing more, at TGC
 
I played at Planet23 deposited $50 an played for a long time got the bonus round on the 1 game several times free spins 5 each time I thought that was cheap
they gave me a 200% bonus on the $50 I deposited an the reels was goin so dang slo that I put it up to $9 a spin met wagering req. an withdrew $205 this was 2 days ago we will see how long it takes to reach my Quicktender if I play again

altho the free spins was a small amount ((( 5 ))) an they dont do a total derived from free spins (((which sucks)) all in all I did have a good time

I would not recommend 50statescasino.

First, it took forever to get a bonus removed.

Now, the game crashed during a $100 blackjack yet and I lost the money. Customer service couldn't help me. About 30 minutes later he said it would be forwarded to the correct department. I haven't heard anything yet.

Stay away from 50statescasino. :mad:
