Why did they claim they didnt have his address?

And why did they claim that they had opened a legal case against him?

These are proven to be untrue.

I believe the player can give a lot of answers. I have asked him these questions on the German forum, but may as well put them here instead and rephrased.

    History with Casino Club
    1. When did you signup at Casino Club?

    2. Could you list the dates and amounts of each deposit you made at Casino Club and also the amounts of each cashout. If you're not sure, give approximate figures/totals.

    3. Could you approximately (or exactly) indicate how much you received in bonsues from Casino Club, what the terms of these bonuses were (for example, blackjack bonuses, 20% of your deposit, 100x wagering requirement) whether you ever deposited without a bonus.

    4. Between your last cashout and winning the jackpot,
    (a) how much had you deposited at Casino Club,
    (b) did you receive a bonus,
    (c) if so how much, and what terms?

    5. You indicated that you had played blackjack before winning the Jackpot. At what stake per hand did you play, how much had you wagered, and what was your net win/loss?

    6. How many spins did you play at the €25 Jackpot Poker in total between your last cashout and winning the jackpot?

    After winning

    7. Your win was on 3rd August 2008. When did you submit the cashout, and by what means (neteller/moneybookers/bank wire) did you request payment?

    8. At what point did Casino Club inform you that they were not going to pay the win?

    9. This letter is dated 21st August 2008: http://s7b.directupload.net/images/u...1/vt2dgkdy.pdf When did you receive it?

    10. Regarding the above, on your first post at Kasino Forum, you say

"MY account has been locked since August, nobody told me, I only noticed when I tried to log in. When I last called them they said it was because they had the wrong address."

Regarding this matter, could you detail the emails, letters, calls, etc. you made to Casino Club in the period after you found out you would not get your win?

    11. It appears that you signed up at Kasinoforum having noticed a thread about a player not being paid his winnings, and posted various comments about Casino Club on 24th November 2008 (http://www.kasinoforum.com/mb/proble...html#post17646). On 7th December 2008 you then started your own thread describing this issue for the first time. http://www.kasinoforum.com/mb/proble...ot-gewinn.html

Why did you wait four months before posting?

    12. Gaming VC is owned by a public company with offices in Luxembourg. Have you investigated or taken any legal action against them?

    13. What other actions have you taken to rectify this, and on what dates did you submit your complaint? E.g., complaint to the LGA in Malta, or to Boss Media.

    Alleged fraud/breach of conditions

    14. Have you ever used a bot at Casino Club?

    15. Casino Club alleged a link between you and a female player, are you aware of who this might be? Are there any other players (perhaps your wife) at your address, or has somebody else used your computer, or are you aware of any other way they could decide that you are linked to this other player?

For RealPlayer, would you consent to Casino Club posting your playlogs here?

For Casino Club, are you willing to post RealPlayer's playlogs here, provided he gives his express consent?

1(b) What is your evidence that a bot was used?
1(c) Do you stand by your statement the bot had predictive powers?
1(d) Are CC going to change the way they "detect" bot play?

    2) Are accusing Realplayer of fraud and/or breach of T&C's?
2(b) If fraud what specifically was this fraud?
2(c) What is your evidence that fraud was committed?
2(d) If T&C's what specific T&C's were broke and how?

    3) On what grounds have you confiscated Realplayers deposit?
3(b) If the above pertains to fraud have you notified the Police?

    4) How was Realplayer able to make prior withdrawals and go undetected?
4(b) Why was Realplayer paid out in the first instance?
4(c) What extra evidence came to light to cause Casino Club to confiscate those paid winnings?
4(d) Why was any extra evidence only found after payment?

    5) What was the date Realplayer opened an account at Casino Club?

    6) How many times has Real player deposited at Casino Club?

    7) Has Casino Club submitted any evidence to the Maltese licensing authorities?
7(b) If so what does the evidence relate to?

RealPlayer Questions; ( relevant Questions already asked of CC not repeated)

1 When it became clear CC were not going to pay what steps did you take?
1(b) How long after CC confiscated your winnings did you take this action?
1(c) Why did you delay in taking such action?

2 Have you taken any legal advice on this matter?
    2(b) If not, why not?
2(c) If the LGA do not find in your favour do you intend legal action?

3 Have you ever been banned from any online Casinos previously?
3(b) If so what was the reason for such a ban?

4 Are you a member of any other online Casinos?
    4(b) If so, which Ones?
4(c) How long have you been a member at these Casinos?
4(d) How much have you generally deposited at these Casinos?
4(e) Have you made successful withdrawals from any of the Casinos
    4(f) If so which?

I think if both parties answer these questions honestly we should all have a pretty good idea of where fault lies.
    Thank you.

Edit: Sorry for repeating any previously asked questions, they were posted as I wrote.

I'm pretty certain either Max or Bryan said Casino Club have a very strict security department, and they don't even like making these available in the case of a complaint via a PAB. So I wouldn't count on ever seeing these.

I'd like to ask that we try and stay focused on the very good questions that have been asked in this new thread.

I would hate to see this thread go the confusing way of the locked one.

By the way, CC has been in touch with me. The LGA had contacted them concerning this player, and the casino forwarded them all of the relevant material that was requested.

CC will be forwarding this to me as well.
