I have to agree..this system really doesn't make much sense. I would rather play at Rival's (my $$$ seem to last longer), but I have noticed after cashing out in December at Simon Says, no more email offers and in the casino it only says "new promotions coming soon". Sloto doesn't send offers anymore, TIV, DaVinci's, and Mayan are all the same. I admit I was lucky in December and cashed out at all of them but if they wanted their share of the $$$ back they would at least throw out something once in a while. I'll still play (I love the Scary's) but it will be a bit different

I haven't been bonus banned (as far as I can tell) but the bonuses I'm being offered this year by most of those casinos you named are just pathetic jokes - even Sloto, which always used to have about 7 or 8 bonuses in the cashier for me - now I just have 2 stupid 15 or 20% ones...

It seems to be across the board. I can only assume they are making enough money off people depositing without claiming a bonus that they feel they no longer have to offer any decent repeat offers. Not good for players like me.
