Personally I rate their group as 'borderline rogue'.
There have been a few complaints on some forums, including here:-

I would say if you must proceed, do so with caution - and make sure you read & fully understand ALL their T&C's before you start.

I played Casino del Rio regularly for a long time and have never had a problem with them. They have very good regular bonus offers (although the bonus funds are sticky). The only negative thing is a pending period of 4 business days, which made me change to MG. Apart from that, I was treated really well in Casino del Rio and from time to time i still play there.

In my experience it's a trustworthy casino group. I have deposited approximately 100 times in their casinos and requested several dozen times a withdrawal. They always paid me.

They are good. Played some time ago, but after few reverse withdrawals, because of their 4 day pending period i stoped. Even, i think acredited here, st. Tropez casino, where i deposit most, and supose to have very good vip level, this pending 4 days did not shortened as advertised. So, now i play only where i can get my winnings in 1 day max.

Yesterday I visited del Rio and Bellini after I didnt play there for a few weeks. They made some very negative changes recently. VIP players are not longer allowed to play all games towards WR. If you play restricted games (video poker and so on), your winnings may be void. I dont know how they expect to keep loyal players with those new regulations? (Although I know that they do pay if you stick to their rules). Bonus not cashable, withdrawal pending time of 4 business days, that did not prevent me from playing there regularly, because the slots are good and i liked the loyalty program, plus nice and helpful support. But the latest changes make me consider to close my account. Really disappointed me. Has anyone made similar experiences?
