I have a few standard things I do before i join a casino.

I will either log into "live" chat or call them on the phone and ask them:

(1)- Do you accept Australian players,

(2)- Do you accept Australian credit cards and neteller for both deposit and withdrawal.

(3)-Do I need to submit my documents to you upon a withdrawal

(4)- where are they licensed and where are you located.

(5)-how long is the withdrawal process.

I have never tried to Join VIRGIN casino yet but am pretty sure they have some sort of licence within Australia as we see them advertised everywhere here -and as you may or may not be aware Australians can NOT bet with Australian compaines or comapanies that have a licence within Australia with internet gaming.
We ARE allowed to bet with internet companies outside of Aus and have no problems there ( i dont know about getting large amounts of money back though).
You may not be aware but us Aussie's are only allowed to bet with sports and racing over the internet, this is a Austraian racing and gaming government thing that doesnt look to be changed anytime soon.
There are quite a few Australian internet casino companies but of course this is for the european clientel only, they are lucky as all of the aussie online casino;s are governed and regulated by the Australian Government and a lot of the european ones are not so the have it good in that area.

Quite, FAQ are NOT terms and conditions, they are BASIC instructions for newbies. Many players expect the terms and conditions to be COMPLETE, and they should be. WHY on earth are Virgin casino spending money advertising in Australia though Surely, if they cannot take bets from Aussies, they should be spending that advertising budget OUTSIDE of Australia.

I am not sure what is going on here, but maybe it is related to something announced by the UK gambling commission. They published a whitelist of juristictions, and I believe a surprise entrant was Tasmania, and if casinos have moved there in order to be allowed to advertise within the EU, they will make themselves unavailable to Australians.

What happens though, when a casino that has existing Australian players moves from, say, Kahnawake, to Tasmania, for example. Do they throw these players out? (I would expect this to be the case).
