I decided to withdraw my deposit but casino refuses to pay my deposit back.
Question is do i have a rights to withdraw my deposit or not.

Question is do i have a rights to withdraw my deposit or not.
Depends on what the terms and conditions are for the bonus. Look up the T&C's. It will tell you there.

Usually you have a playthrough requirement attached to any bonus which attaches to your deposit. So, if you got a bonus, you cannot withdraw ANY money , even yours until the wagering is met.

Please check the T&C's for this or let us know what casino and we can help look this up for you.

You probably mean Golden Palace not place. They are not a recommended casino. If you made a deposit and took a bonus they will make you play until you reach the playthrought before you can withdraw your original deposit. Good chance you will lose it all first. That is how they make their living. They are slow to pay anyway most of the time

Right above it says CM casinos. Pick one from there. It's the second link from the left -> http://www.casinomeister.com/casinos.php

It was very nice of Golden Palace to remove the bonus for you. I wish you luck.

Please take Silcnlayc's advise and choose from CM's accredited casinos...there are a lot of shady operators out there.

    Very generous !
I am surprised that Golden Palace gave you your deposit back , i think that most casino's no matter how highly regarded they are wouldn't ... and why should they ?
You must read and understand the terms and conditions before taking a bonus ... if things don't go your way... unlucky !
We are all very quick to attack casino's who don't abide by their own T&C's ( and so we should ) but it has to be remembered that taking a bonus is a two way thing and that we need to abide by them aswell !
Having said all that kudos to G P and a good lesson to be learned

It's not impossible to fulfil wagering requirements - I do it all the time!
(7 months from every 8 I make profits using bonuses)
But it does depend a lot on which type of games you like to play; I play mostly slots which count at 100% in WR, but if you're a cards, roulette or craps player then you probably are better off not taking bonuses.

As others have said, you should stick to only recommended casinos - but even then you should always read the T&C's because even some of those will automatically give you a bonus when you deposit without you asking for it. You were very lucky if Golden Palace 'let you off' the WR - I doubt you'd be so lucky again with any casino!

Welcome to the forum & good luck!
