It is the usual policy of online casinos to not give anymore bonuses to those who've cashed out more than their deposit + bonus the last time. So, in effect, yes, you were banned from getting anymore bonuses.

Easy Rhino, here is the PM from Jason that states the 130%:

The reason accounts get bonus banned has nothing do to with the size of a win in relation to deposits but how close to the wagering requirements a player cashes out. If a player just barely meets the wagering requirements (within 130%) once then cashes out it might raise a flag. If it happens another couple times the account will lose bonus eligibility.

In your case all three times that you met wagering requirements you cashed out, on average, within 10% over the wagering requirement, which usually indicates abusive behavior.

I don't assume to know whether this was intentional or not but either way, at least you understand why your account is not allowed bonuses.

As far as coin sizes and comp points. Accounts which as labeled as "potential bonus abusers" don't receive comp points nor are they allowed large bets.

If you do wish to keep playing without bonuses I can look at having your account changed from "potential bonus abuser" so that at least you can still gain comp points and wager larger hands.

    Let me know,

    Jason

i think its wrong what they are doing but one thing in there favour is
they "are" paying your cashins first and then banning you from bonuses not just paying back your deposits, unlike microgaming, http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...d-casinos.html

fair play to them for doing that
    I gave up gambling,
Now all i ever do is make mind bets,
You never bet any real money you only bet in your mind.
The results are fairly good, ive only lost my mind 5 times so far this month

Crock of S*** - they are STILL hiding something.

No comps goes BEYOND a "bonus ban", coin size is irrelevant now that an account is bonus banned. There is no reason whatsoever (assuming random games that is), for reducing the coin size for merely real money deposits and wagering. Come to this, neither is there a need to block comp points, or are these players getting a better RTP from the games to compensate.

Now we have something even murkier, Microgaming doing the same thing with a "central database", however in their case the first a player finds out about it is when winnings are confiscated. This now knocks this Rival stunt down the charts, and partially gets them off the hook.

Yes, I would still like to know the reasoning behind limited coin sizes also. And Rival has always paid my cashouts within 48 hours. Only one has ever asked me for my docs and they paid me within the hour of receiving them. But, MG has never NOT paid me either.
