It's been a while playing the casinos, but on Monday this week I had a rather nice win on Roxy Palace playing Tombraider. I deposited $650 and gave it a whirl, betting at $4.50 a spin using the auto play facility. With some luck and fine fortune I managed to turn this into $8000. I know, I know I should have cashed out there and then.

However, the stupid part of my personality thought what the heck and I advise no one ever to do this. I stupidly decided to up the stakes to $37.50 a spin and put it on autoplay

Well third spin in, this little beauty comes up :D

I sat and looked at the screen for what seemed an eternity. It was if my laptop screen was saying "Daddy, Daddy".

After I regained my composure, I cashed out $25k immediately and had a little play with the rest. In the end I cashed out Monday evening $6 shy of $31k. Needless to say I stayed well away from a PC or internet connection for the following 48hrs, so my cashout was flushed and could not be reversed.

I think, I am now going to quit while I am ahead. :D

Cheers Roxy

I turned $10 in loyalty points at Roxy Palace into $7500+

Even more amazing was the stunning way in which I then turned those several thousand dollars into $0 over the period of the 'reversal'...

It can be done, especially with the autoplay facility. With Free Spins etc, your bankroll can add up. But I am with you Slotster, very easy to turn several thousand dollars into $0 over the same period.

I hate an enforced 48hr cashout period where withdrawals can be reversed. I can see why the casinos do it, but it is not player friendly in the long run. But there was no way I was going to screw up that win - Willpower didnt even need to come into it. :D

I repeat. Never ever do what I did. That win is really a one in a million shot. I am just very lucky it came off. :D

Thats for sure, however, if you descide to wager more at this casino could you please collect all the playcheck data! I would love to analyze further developments in gameplay after this win now! We really have a chance to benchmark the system with this win in your account, since your overall payout now has to be way above 100%

Great win, doing those bets you have done losses before so you earned them all! Buy that TV now!

So that is why the rest of us can't hit didly squat! :eek2:

Fantastic win and all the very best to you :D

How did you manage a screenshot when you was on autoplay, that must have taken some pretty snappy reactions

Absolutely AWESOME!!! :notworthy

(I hope you didn't sign up via my affy link!)

Autoplay can be set to stop on any win over X amount. (You can set X to be any amount you like).
I always use autoplay. Don't you?

I had autoplay to stop at wins over $500 so I could capture any quality screenshots. I had however, no idea that beauty would come up though :)

The first part of the payment is in the bank and the rest is winging it's way in from Neteller :D

I have though as of this afternoon, written to Roxy Palace to exclude myself from their casino. :(

There is no way I could ever top that win and I am going to quit playing there while I am ahead.

I am actually curious how long it will take Roxy to disable my casino account. Not having done this before, since I had a bad run at Hill's casino over 5 years ago.

To the OP - that is a simply beautiful screenshot! I'd have dropped dead of a heart attack if that happened to me. Lol, I usually hit something good like that right after I LOWER my bet, not after raising it. Congratulations!!!

BTW can I borrow $30K?
:D

HAHA. I did nearly fall off my chair. Then I swore a lot in MSN Messenger to Simmo! and Spearmaster whilst sending them the screenshot

To be honest man, if you are gonna play other places anyway - why not do another 1K in this low rolling say $1 wager. I would love to see the playcheck stats for this round later on!

All suspicons tells me you should be in for a bad streak, mighty bad one since you already have won far to much.

If you don't believe there are fishy business going on you might aswell continue here, :D

Great win again!

Ha. If I play any of it back, my wife would divorce me after she has killed me.

I know when I am lucky and I am quitting while I am ahead. Incidentally Roxy have just got back to me confirming they have now locked my account as requested - As expected, top notch support from Roxy

However they have also asked me to sign an exclusion request form so I can be added to the Central Negative Database. :eek2:

I don't think so. I need to be able to use my guest accounts at eCOGRA certified casinos and poker rooms, what with being an affiliate webmaster.

I'm sorry if I'm stupid but can anyone explain what that means? The other casinos could see that Webzcas is a risk? "oh this is the guy who won that huge amount and then excluded himself before the casino could get it all back? Let's not let him play here at all." ?????

Ha. If I play any of it back, my wife would divorce me after she has killed me.

I see that one, however you are in a unique situation to proove my points regarding the MG system! However you just threw it away... :/ This is sad since you want to play in other casinoes anyway.

Well, it does depend if you believe the MG system is flawed or if you believe it's truly random. In the latter case my point stands, if you seriously belive the system will screw you I understand you closing the account but again you throw away an unique chance to see what the system really does... I know it would most likely be a costly affair, but then again why not know instead of wonder! I wont nagg more about this now.

Again as always, don't be offended by my remarks, I really congratulate you for your win! Buy something nice for the lady!

DON'T SIGN. It seems your request has been misinterpreted. An EXCLUSION request is often where someone recognises they have a gambling problem, and want help in quitting at ALL casinos. This database could result in other casinos seeing you as having exclused yourself voluntarily, without having any idea as to why. In order to meet eCogra guidelines, they would have to refuse you admission, and MAY seek to close existing accounts.

You seem simply to want to CLOSE your account at Roxy Palace alone, since you have had an unbeatable experience, and don't fancy chasing another at the SAME CASINO.

Roxy Palace would exclude you from their regular bonuses though, based on that huge win alone which must put you well ahead. Their criteria seem to be approx 5000 credits ahead over the life of the account = bonus ban. I have been banned from bonuses at both Roxy and Splendido on the aforementioned criteria:D

I don't believe closure is necessary, just rest the account for a couple of months, and it should play "normally", not punishing you for the big win.

When I worked for Ladbrokes, we went to Dell in Ireland for the week to use their labs there. The purpose was to test Disaster Recovery Software we were evaluating at the time to use for the Online Casino.

To recreate a 'real' environment the guy from Microgaming ran a script on the gaming servers which set up 1000 accounts playing hands of blackjack 24/7 for the week. He loaded each account up with 1million. Needless to say at the end of the week all 1000 accounts were down, but their balances did more or less mirror the stated percentage payout on Ladbrokes Casino at the time.

Having seen this first hand and also having spent 5 years working on the IT side with Ladbrokes in Gibraltar where their online poker and online casino is hosted, I am more than convinced that MGS Casinos are truly random. Otherwise there is no way I would play on them, let alone list them on my sites.

I also know that there is no way I will ever get anywhere near this win, without probably spending all of it plus more in trying. Hence I am quitting when I am ahead.

The only casinos which I play as such are/were Casino Splendido and Roxy Palace. I need to access to all the other casinos, so I can evaluate them for my line of work. But willpower alone will stop me blowing any hard cash at them :)

By excluding myself from Roxy I have double ensured I don't have a weak moment and lapse.
