hello all i am new to this site and would like to sgare my experience with the above mentioned casino. On july 25th i submitted my withdrawel for 2,000.00 earlier this week was told it would clear by today. so this morning when i logged in it was still there so i did live chat and was told it was still pending and that she (kate) could not give me any further info via chat and that i should call- so i did and that rep told me that he (jenson) could not discuss details over the phone that i should request to speak to him on the live chat and he would be waiting for me --so i did that and got a rep named joshua- iasked for jenson and was told to wait a minute which was more like 10 then joshua informed me that jenson went on break so i gave him all my info re the withdrawel and then conveniently was disconnected from the chat session a message showed up saying there was a technical error and the chat session ended. This stinks!!! any advice........is appreciated

I dont know were to look for help on this,maybe there is none,I dont know. Anyway heres whats going on. I wont give sites name yet but its a rogue which I didnt know this when I started playing there. Anyway on June 15,2008 I was playing slots on there site,Ive play on other days before this so this wasnt my frist time on this site. This site has the RTG software which I like. Anyway the slots have random jackpots on them which can be hit, they say at any time. Well I hit random jackpot on the slot I was playing, Im thinking -- WOW Great -- it was for 8900 dollars,ok I worked it up to 9000 ok, well I lose back 4000 of that. So I thought am not going to lose it all back right? So I make a withdrawal of 5000 dollars. Well I got my frist withdrawal money (not the way I thought) but I got it for 2000 on July 19,2008 thats over a month right there,ok,plus they charged me 90 dollars to get it sent to me. Right now they still owe me 2905 dollars its all been approved,just need to be sent,right,well Ive e-mail them 4 times just to ask when I might get another withdrawal,Im still waiting for a reply. So I went on there site & talk to someone live right, asked them about my withdrawalsmhe said let me check. He came back & said you will have a withdrawal in the next 7 days. Am not going to hold my breath. I have a bad feeling about this,its not looking good. Something need to be done with these type of casinos that are real slow pay or dont pay. How do they even get online & if they do get online,how do stay online an do this to people. There must be a way of getting places off line. They make the good places look bad,too. There are good one out there,there not all bad. So this is were I stand right at this moment. If they dont pay me off soon I would like the world to know who they are,so no one will play there.

Ok -- I guess a month an a half is long enough to wait for my pay out, that I never got yet,a casino that cared would had paid me by now,right. So am giving up there name -- its Cool Cat,- this casino is in a group with others that do the same thing. So if your smart dont play here or the others they are with. They treat you good & give you good bonuses,even call you at home,but if you win big its a different story. If I do get the rest of my money I will sure let everyone here know right away. Am telling everyone here I did nothing wrong for them to hold my money,(just my luck I guess). I think any site that takes over 2 weeks to pay a person,doesnt need to be in the casino business. But if its a big payout I would work with them if need be. I guess am easy..

Unfortunately you are like so many other "Cool Cat" players. You have found Casinomeister the same way everyone else who wins from a Rogue casino does non payment.

As the Casinomeister himself says

There is no reason to patronize rogue operations. If you have a problem, you are literally on your own. There is no assistance available; these casinos can do basically whatever they want. They're in "cowboy town."

Another suggestion from me would be to copy all chats you have with them. Do not discuss anything on the phone. Chat can be copied but phone conversations can not. Take a screen shot off all transaction pages and from now on stay away from Rogue, because there is nothing anyone can do to help you get paid. sorry. (and they will give you the run around forever... )
The above steps are ones you should take when ever you run into a payment problem at any online gaming site.

I played there back on June 15,2008 an hit one of those random jackpots for 8900 dollars right. Ok,I thought great,WOW! I know I did nothing wrong or broke any rules. This is how things have gone so far with thing,since my win. I withdrawaled 4000 I lost 4000 then I withdrawaled another 1000. So, I had 5000 coming to me right. The money I thought was going to be sent by Fed Express,right. Well that never happen. I didnt think I was even going to get any money there for awhile, but on a Saturday night believe thats the 19th Cool Cats called me & said they had Western Union me 1910.00 dollars & I could go pick it up. I was charged 90 dollars for it being sent to me. Thats why I got 1910 instead of 2000. They still owe me right now 2905 dollars I still havent got as of yet.Ive e-mail them around 5 times. Ive talked with then in live chat ,about a week ago & they told me I would have some money in the next 7 days, well am still waiting. All my money was approved. 2000 was approved on 7-17-08 ----- 905 approved on 7-21-08 these are two am still waiting on right now. Guess I was lucky to get what I got. I didnt know at the time I played there they were a rogue casino,also the ones they are with are rogues also. I would tell the world never go & play on any of these sites they are some of the worse there are. How they are still online I will never know. Any casino that takes more then 2 weeks to pay anyone shouldnt not be allowed to be in bussiness. Ive never had a online casino call me yet ( an Ive been gambling online for over 8 yrs ) asking me weres there money. They always get there money,or they wouldnt be online. Thats why people shouldnt play at these rogue casino & put them out of bussiness. Thats my story with Cool Cat so for. I will never play with them again. Hi cr120450..yes. consider yourself lucky that you did get money from them. That in itself is a rarity. You might have better luck emailing support or the casino manager directly from your own internet provider as opposed to from here because apparently their rep Natalie Stewart has not been on this site since December 17th, 2007!!

People play at rogue casino's for the same reason you and I did. We somehow stumble upon them in a search and it sounds oh so great!! The free bonuses, the huge deposit match percentages.. etc... etc..
And they play there until they become informed, which usually happens by them winning big and fighting to get their money for weeks on end.. just like you and I! And eventually we wind up here!! Which is a god send! IMHO

No disrespect sneakattack... but have you done a search above on this rogue casino here at Casinomeister???!! (I am not mentioning the name because I do not want to attrack anymore attention to them! Have you read the hundreds of threads and posts started by players who have had thier wallets wide open and trusted them for months then when they won were promised "everything was fine", then "it was processing", "it would be 5 days", it was "5 business days", it "would be a while", and it was "returned to thier balance due to "bonus abuse. (or any reason) Better yet winnings being confiscated or players "locked out" of the casino!!!
These Rogue casino's are RUTHLESS, they will drag players along to believe that their money is coming. AND then ignore chats, ignore emails, lock accounts. They will find anything and everything to NOT to pay a winning player. IF a bonus was taken, or better yet more than one bonus, free chip, coupon... they will cry bonus abuse.
I must say one thing sneak.. If you play there then that is a HUGE GAMBLE (yes... pun intended). There is so much information here on Casinomeister, Please read around some, I would never suggest continuing play at anyplace in the rogue pit to any player.

I certainly do hope these players get paid. But the FACT is this casino would not be in the "pit" if they could be trusted.

Do you all notice lately the complaints have been the same, I bet you without a doubt each operator has a little sheet of paper next to them that tells you how to f*&k over a player,

Ok this is his first complaint - number one, tell the client the funds have been approved and will be sent on such date. ( now this is usually a week or two).

When the client then complains again because he/she did not recieve the payment on the said date the casino will then tell them there is either payment processor problems or to contact support through various means which the client then does and gets a complete run around ( hopefully so he/she will give up chasing the money).

They continue to complain for a few more weeks and the casino tells the client please ring and discuss this, so he does then gets told we cant talk over the phone contact me via live chat, client then tries that only to get another run around.

MAJOR STALL TATICS FROM THESE ASSHOLES AND WE CAN ALL SEE THE PATTERN CAN'T WE!!!

Sorry I don't mean to offend here cr120450 but the reason why thee people stay on the net are because of people such as yourself, you said in your post you hjave been playing online for 8yrs!!- come on are you telling me in that whole time you did not see a complaint or anything regarding these types of casino's. Do you do any type of research before joining such a casino????
