I think what the cs rep. said was true. Because I do play at Casino Rewards now, and have for a long time. I've claimed the sign-up bonus at every single casino in the group, and have cashed out. None of my accounts were ever locked for this.

I think the key thing the rep said was "Jennifer: the entitlement to redeem points can be suspended if the players don't demonstrate an intention to play, deposit & wager at the casino in accordance with the Casino’s promotional Terms & Conditions"

Also got gold cd from Tiger casino in my post. After playin promo won 200€. Since i didn't have any money on MB acount i didn't deposit. After 10 days or so got money went to casino and ask online help if i would still get 200€ if i deposit. Online help said i will getit after deposit. I reminded them that its been over 10 days since my free play, and thaat in their t&c is stated only 7 days. He said i would get it anyway. Sadly i didn't take chat transcript, and went to deposit. Sure it was no bonus in my acount. Ask online help, they say it make teakes few hours to getit. Well after few hours they did not wanna know anything bout that and simply stateed their t&c.....got 50% bonus....
