    What Great Customer Service At Wild Jack Casino

    i have had the best time playing this weekend and today than i have had in a long time on such a small deposit, i was a little concerned about having it flushed and it was done pronto by a very sweet w/j rep named lisa, just wanted to say kuddos to you and your casino......laurie

    For me it's all about the customer service- when they go that little extra out of their way to make you feel special regardless[I] of the stakes you choose to play at, it's a nice feeling- and a sure way for a casino to get more of my hard earned cash!

    cause of the posts Ive just read....I said to my self let me try em out....lol
    Ive been on hold on live chat with Jeremy since this morning...no answers...I than e-mailed support....no answers.... I went back to lice chat.....Jeremy still there "working" no answers.....not the best as first approach.
    I would say, if I may , at least, disappointing
