Well, I got a reply from all jackpots casino (Microgaming), that the limits for betting in their Live Dealer Roulette are $0.50-10.00. If that applies for betting on number it's ok, but if it goes for even odds as well (like red/black) it seems kind of inconvenient. I'm still waiting for my second email though

I would suggest you to try bet365. They have very convenient limits: min bet $0.25 and maxbet $250 (25$ max in one number). And the second (and very important) thing that they are reputable casino and always pay. I won alot of money there and always got paid!
