closed eurogrand account do i delete or wait till its closed

I closed off my account after chatting with live help. Trying to explain reason
was near impossible to them. I just keep finding in their slot games one example
football game bonus first reel if you get on last reel its a bonus game.
reel 1 bonus reel 5 bonus stops nothing happens next i know after the stop pushes the reel 5 bonus box down below. So i get from customer service you cant beat our promotions i reply well its not that im complaining about its like this every time i have deposited never withdrew from there either.
so my question now is i did email them also do i just delete casino or do i make sure my account has been closed first then delete it.

If it were me, I would wait till the account is closed, then delete the software. That way if anything goes wrong before the account is closed, you still have the data on your computer.

I´m trying to close my account at eurogrand since months...they just ignore.

interesting doesnt it just take a flip of a button type thing to close off a acount.
I got a email from them earlier asking me to hold off closing to see if my game play had a prob. Live chat states they cant touch this either so ill wait and see ill keep you posted if they do close it off for me. As the others said dont delete till its closed good point thks all.
