I get the same message

It must be that we have not gained enough 'points', being relatively new to the board, but it would be good to have the 'rules' explained more clearly somewhere.

Is there a list of exactly what privileges you gain as you increase status on this bulletin board? The information is very patchy and difficult to gather. I guess it is that way on purpose, but I don't understand why that should be the case...

Seems like I've had permission to access all threads from the beginning. I thought access was automatic once you registered an account.

Not for America The Beautiful it isn't...you have to have a certain amount of Rep Power or maybe it's 100 Reputation Points....something like that...
