Royal Circus casino download problem

I went to the royal circus casino website and input my email address and then clicked on the download button but it wont start downloading. Anybody has the same problem. I contact support but they had some crap they don't know what they talking about. Saying that it was my firewall blocking it. For one it is not blocking it and I close it just to make sure. I don't need to take computer advice from them when I worked with computer networking.

Not like I was going to deposit. I wanted to use my free bonus they send me in the mail. Anyways I contact them by phone about this and they said they never knew about the issue and see there is a problem. They said come back next week for the link to work. As a business person they losing customers and money and didn't know about the link problem that it was not working.

or better yet use the free chip then they send out another email congrats you did the playthrough u can withdraw amount of chip, so you log back in sure enough playthrough is done you withdraw amount of chip send off docs and boom account is fully locked, but will be unlocked with a small deposit
run and dont look back
