Luckyacecasino and Luckyacepoker

Several players have been mentioning problems recently, including some serious ones like having accounts locked and/or winnings confiscated. I expect a thread in the complaints section to appear soon. Search around on other forums for more information.

I've got their affiliate program spamming me and I have just been doing some research...

I don't know about Bryan and CasinoMeister, but I put them on my Rogue list.

Spamming, reports of accounts being locked and non-payment issues.

Thanks for the info, do you have any information about locked accounts, non-payment issues?

They offered me to become their affiliate, but I found some bad condition in their terms and conditions,
4.13. ....In the event, the balance carried over does not exceed US $50 within a consecutive three (3) month period, then the amount of Affiliate Fees due will be voided and cancelled, and this Agreement will automatically terminate.

When I said to them I didn't agree with their T&C they promised that this condition wouldn't apply to me, but I again didn't agree, after that they again promised me that they would send me a signed document of T&C without this condition especially for me, but I didn't reply, and now today I've received an email from them that they officially changed their T&C and removed this condition.

I'm confused, because I have never seen such actions:confused:, therefore I need to do some researches about them. I appreciate any help.

still researching the non-payment issues.

They are spammers. They spammed me, both business and personal emails.

I would blacklist them anyway just because they look like an 888 white label, but that is just me... ;)

They are really big spammers . There affiliate people are hitting me with 4 or 5 emails a day asking to promote there rooms . They keep using different affiliate names . At first i was nice about it and told them no politely , but now any mail from them just gets a fuck off reponse . They will also be blacklisted from my sites .

I have a warning on my site at

. I will be updating this warning as more information about locked accounts and/or non-payment becomes available.

Thanks AKA, I found this interesting thread on your forum
xhttp://www.beatingbonuses.com/forums/showthread.php?t=668 , it has more information about them. Thanks!

I'm also having problems with Lucky Ace Casino. I signed up, deposited $200, did well on the sign-up..withdrew, undid the withdraw to play some more, then, a few days later, went to play some more and found that my a/c had been locked. I phoned them and they sent an email asking for ID, which I begrudgingly sent..then, a few days later, they sent another email this time saying

"Unfortunately all the documents that you sent us received truncated, and
therefore, can not be accepted."

and asking for me to resend them. I did that several days ago and they have not, as yet responded, so I called them AGAIN this morning and they asked me to wait a bit longer.

I have no problem with support people - they seem to be trying their best, but there is still the matter of all that dosh (both the $200 and all the winnings) and I'm really starting to get concerned.

I'll post if there are any updates.

Im in exact situation, sent docs waited 5 days then had to re-submit,waited another 5 days no reply, ive been on phone but no joy.

They have denied me the $184 winnings, what is the best course of action now??what if i had lost my deposit?yes i did have 888 account but not used for years,i read that it was ok to open acc with luckyace+others have emails from cs stating this.this operation is a rouge

That's not good =( From the thread on the other board it looks as if they just don't like people making money from their sign up bonus which is just bonkers. Have you contacted them about how you were supposedly abusing the bonus?

just spoke to lee from cs and he confirmed it was ok to have 888 account and luckyace,he read the email i received and aggreed with me that no explanation was given,my 888 account which i havent used for years was fine the last time i used it,lee is going to try and find out WHY i have had my winnings denied,i opened this acc and it was locked day after,it has taken 9 days to get this news after submitting my id documents.

same here, played a few hours bj with $350 winnings and then a bit roulette and slots. Then made a cashout and recieved a email for documents the same day. After a day i recieved an email that my documents were not acceptable so i resend them in another format. After 5 days i recieved the same email about bonus abuse as above. I played with bets variating from 1 to 30 so i don't get the point. The have to be rogue, thats my point!

I've wagered $284 out of the $4000 (down $16) I need to clear the bonus and my account has been locked. They are asking for ID again, even though I'd given ID at 888.com. Lots of stalling going on.

I have chat logs showing that I can have accounts at bothsites.

I registered at LuckyAces a couple of weeks ago, deposited and got the bonus. I ran well in Blackjack and won an additional $600. A week ago I got an email telling me that my account was locked and asking for ID docs, which I sent.

Today I got the same message as winna12, stating that I am a bonus abuser etc. So they're apparently going to confiscate $800 and return my original deposit of $200. I've done nothing against their T&C so I'm pretty pissed off.

Oh, and they locked my CasinoOnNet account too. Quite a shady bunch I think.

Same has happened to me, despite their links to 888 (which I had presumed would make them ok). I have threatened them with the gambling authorities but whether this will work or not we shall see. You would think that 888 would not allow this to continue as luckyace are bound to tarnish their name by asscociation.
I have had cause to use the Gibraltar authorities once before and I found them to be very fair and effective.

I finally got the letter telling me that i'm a bonus abuser, you know, one of those slot playing, higher stake playing bonus abusers that go back and play after the bonus is done and dusted *sigh*

To be honest I think they should outlaw bonuses. Whats the point of having play through rules if that is not used to eliminate certain "bonus abuse" situations. I think a loyalty bonus scheme would be fairer and appreciated more.

I agree 99% with this.

You know what they could do - they could be like B&M casinos and only offer 'material' comps for your play. Then they could have a store where you could actually buy stuff with said points.

Hell, why not? Some poker rooms do it...

So 888 are in it up to their necks in other words. I am amazed they are letting this happen.

Useful link above, I havent reread it but from what I remember you need to put in a complaint to the licensee to try to resolve the issue first, they have to respond. Then if no agreement is reached, its time to put in a complaint to the authorities, if enough go in I should think 888's license will be under threat so maybe they will decide to act.

<------------------------ my post at the complaints section, about the whole cassava behavior. Locking all my accounts for no apparent reason, telling beforehand that its ok to have accounts at both luckyace and 888.com . Operations department told me no further correspondence regarding the issue will be entered. Nothing about refunding my deposits either. Bonus was not given, so i do not understand why.

Put 'em in "Rogue" section!

Let's not jump to conclusions. We haven't heard both sides of the story yet.

Max and I will be checking into this. Give us some slack since this particular casino does not have a rep in the forum.

I totally agree and I'm sure most casino's would like to be doing such super-comp-point type schemes...but it doesn't look half as good as "Have 1000 for free" on the front of their sites.

As a follow up to their letter -

Dear Sir / Madam,

Please could you inform me of why you think i have 'abused the bonus policy'. I have checked all the t&c's i can find on your site and i have not contravened anything as far as i can see. If you could be specific as to what i have done that strips me of $200 or so bonus and $30 or so from non-bonus play! Otherwise can you direct me to someone who can answer my questions.

Many thanks

Mr Shocked

It occurred to me that, not only are they keeping the $200 bonus, they've also nicked the $30ish that I made when I returned a day or so later and undid the withdrawal to play a bit more!

Anyway, looks like this thread has been thoroughly split into two - https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/in-progress-luckyacecasino-bonus-abuse-problem.22540/ - I think Max wants more people to be PaBing!

I think Max wants more people to be PaBing!

Not necessarily, after all it's more work for me.

My reason for suggesting the PAB process is usually to address a specific player's complaint. If you have a thread where a dozen players are jumping in and out of the thread saying "me too! me too!" it's virtually impossible to get the casino to look at a single, focused issue.

On the other hand if we have a PAB it's for a specific player with details and history that's something you can take to the casino and ask them to look at.

So, recommending the PAB is simply a pragmatic step we need to take in order to begin the process of addressing a specific player's issue.

Update to my situation, they have emailed me again to say my withdrawal will now be processed, not clear if this includes bonus. Note I had threatened them with the GRA, so this seems to be the way to go. Get your threats sent now if you havent already!

I think the Gibraltar authorities should know about this scam in any event - even with the about-turn that seems to be taking place in the Luckyace attitude.

The more aggrieved players report this nonsense, the stronger the reaction from the authorities may be, discouraging any future attempt at pulling a stunt like this.
