I registered at LuckyAces a couple of weeks ago, deposited and got the bonus. I ran well in Blackjack and won an additional $600. A week ago I got an email telling me that my account was locked and asking for ID docs, which I sent.

Today I got the same message as winna12, stating that I am a bonus abuser etc. So they're apparently going to confiscate $800 and return my original deposit of $200. I've done nothing against their T&C so I'm pretty pissed off.

Oh, and they locked my CasinoOnNet account too. Quite a shady bunch I think.

Same has happened to me, despite their links to 888 (which I had presumed would make them ok). I have threatened them with the gambling authorities but whether this will work or not we shall see. You would think that 888 would not allow this to continue as luckyace are bound to tarnish their name by asscociation.
I have had cause to use the Gibraltar authorities once before and I found them to be very fair and effective.

I finally got the letter telling me that i'm a bonus abuser, you know, one of those slot playing, higher stake playing bonus abusers that go back and play after the bonus is done and dusted *sigh*

To be honest I think they should outlaw bonuses. Whats the point of having play through rules if that is not used to eliminate certain "bonus abuse" situations. I think a loyalty bonus scheme would be fairer and appreciated more.

    I agree 99% with this.

You know what they could do - they could be like B&M casinos and only offer 'material' comps for your play. Then they could have a store where you could actually buy stuff with said points.

Hell, why not? Some poker rooms do it...
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

So 888 are in it up to their necks in other words. I am amazed they are letting this happen.

Useful link above, I havent reread it but from what I remember you need to put in a complaint to the licensee to try to resolve the issue first, they have to respond. Then if no agreement is reached, its time to put in a complaint to the authorities, if enough go in I should think 888's license will be under threat so maybe they will decide to act.

<------------------------ my post at the complaints section, about the whole cassava behavior. Locking all my accounts for no apparent reason, telling beforehand that its ok to have accounts at both luckyace and 888.com . Operations department told me no further correspondence regarding the issue will be entered. Nothing about refunding my deposits either. Bonus was not given, so i do not understand why.
