Question 2 is just far to difficult for me to research - if someone could tell me all the softwares which are definitely allowed (or not allowed) in Hong Kong I could almost certainly answer questions 1 & 3!
Crypto is the only software I know with quick roulette (if you disable the animations), but I'm not sure if they're allowed in HK...?
(Intercasino definitely isn't)
KK
Smile, it may never happen...
KasinoKing's News < Rival release their first ever 50-line slot.
SIX new softwares to try ~ Reel Layouts and Jackpot Odds ~ New USA Friendly Casinos!

3dice has Sic bo
They Pay
not sure on the Hong Kong thing but I dont see why not.
Bodog has this other addy called horseracing.com that offers Sic Bo and accepts hong kong players
Singaporecasino.com...try looking at that
For Hong Kong players,
No Playtech,
No Crypto,
For MG, 32RED and the Palace Group are out of the question. I understand that Ladbrokes has a special arrangement for Hong Kong players where progressives are not allowed.
Most Rival casinos are okay except Superior.
3Dice is okay.
All RTGs are okay but most dont pay ya know.
Most wagerworks are also out of the question ie Virgin
Grand Virtual used to be okay not sure about it now.
All in all, a diminishing number of casinos to choose from.

Regrettably Bet 365 cannot accept playes from Hong Kong as it is powered by Playtech. It's a rotten shame as this is one of the best Playtechs out there.
So sorry derail but can i ask you a question Yuki?
Is your name named after a superhero comic book? I have never heard of the name Yuki yet this week is the second time Ive seen it. THere is a movie called Juno and they show a rare copy of a superhero comic book called Yuki and on the front cover was a pregnant teenage girl (it had to do with the storyline).
Just Curious ......I'm an asker
Meanwhile, Juno is also the name of a male Hong Kong singer who did not exactly make the grade despite some solid backing for him. Well, maybe looks could have been a factor.
Christ, why is this heading showing in every post I make??
From RTG casinos I can recommend Vegas Casino Online, Sun Palace Casino, Las Vegas USA Casino. But they have special wagering requirements for China and Turkey:
I have never heard any bad words about them although they are RTG, they always pay.* To withdraw your bonus, winnings, and deposit amount you will need to wager 60 times your deposit plus bonus.
* Wagers in any form of Blackjack, 21, Pontoon or Video Poker will change your cash out requirements from 60 times to 120 times your deposit plus bonus.
* Wagers in Craps and any form of Baccarat, Roulette or Sic Bo cannot be applied to these wager requirements.
Also you can try SportingBet, Unibet, CasinoEuro, Cherry Casino.
