    Something just crossed my mind:
    could the recent speed up in my cashout procedure have something to do
    with a phrase out of my last email to support@PoC,which said:

    "...a friend told me,if I had problems with an online casino,
    I might get help from a internetforum,called casinomaster ,
    but I cant find it,
    do you know the internet adress?..."

    Actually not a word about this matter was written in their next email
    to me .

    And from the ten workingdays wait only 3 days where needed.
    Could it be,they didnt want me to find this forum ?

    (Oops,I hope they dont read this...can they still redraw the money from my netteller ?)

The player hit this with $25 OF HER OWN MONEY, no bonus involved, but was entitled to only $250 of the $6000 win because a lifetime 10x max cashout was applied.
    There is evidence that Palace of Chance fiddled the figures to ensure they showed that bonuses exceeded deposits, but the player was too quick for them and got hold of the "real" figures before they waded in and did their fiddling before wiping all the deposit and withdrawal records in the player client lobby cashier.

    ALL further offer should be ignored, they have invested $100 by paying out to see if they can lure you into depositing. $100 is peanuts to pay out if they can lure thousands of dollars back in deposits because you think they are "OK" because of this Christmas Gesture.

    I expect you are NOT fooled by this, but others seeing this might be.

    Neo.... You mentioned this forum to POC ... first off, I can place a winning bet that did NOT scare them off! (If anything it will TICK them off!)
    I am the player Vinyl is referring to and I was treated so unbelievably GOOD WHEN I played there ,,, boy what an awesome time.. i depositted ... great, they would give free chips,, cool (not! especially not when they took funds from my checking account and replaced those with "free chips").
    I am glad you got your $100. Just don't win alot!
    Vinyl was one of a few awesome meister members who DID go over every inch of my 74+ pages of "player account details" (which I managed to take a screen shot of each and every one BEFORE my whole account history was litterally wiped out!! Read the first link... I have screen shots of my wins.. "live support chats" and screen shots of my account with my winnings and after my winning balance was wiped out!
    Before you deposit a dime... please read this... I know first hand just how "nice " and "good" they treat you.. after all ..Dean from customer support was my "friend" ... I was SO excited when he called my home to say I would get paid!!

    (IF the accreditted were to NOT pay you when you "win big" Casinomeister handles it, and mediates..     The Virtual Group has stolen 44k from me personally. They just simply decided to close my account and not pay, without even an explanation.

    Gamble at the tables online, not with where you deposit your money. Stick to reputable outfits, not rogues.

    Stay far away from the Virtual Casino Group.

    There is another player owed about $1.5 million who is getting paid about 6k a month or so (from three of these casinos).

    These are unlicensed Costa Rican clip shot joints. They can do whatever they please with your account since they answer to no one.

    Most likely - the bad news has got lost off the top pages, and I am sure they wanted you to post here how WELL you have been treated by this joint, so that others might follow. Unfortunately, once "certain members" see such glowing praise for any of the virtual casinos the boot will be well and truly put in to any chance of luring other, mainly new, members to this set of casinos.
    Palace of Chance is just ONE of many casinos run by this disreputable lot, there are others just as bad (see rogue pit).
    While there are players aplenty that get paid, and will say how well they are treated, these are the long term losing players. Players who hit a big win tend to get shafted, especially if they are new, or small depositors and there is little likelihood of the casino ever getting back more than it paid out.

    Tell them thanks for the $100, wish them a merry Christmas, and uninstall the casino.
