Thumbs up A HUGE thumbs up to Grand Monaco!

First off, for my winning $150 from the Bierfest.

But what really sets them apart is the fact that I cashed out for $900.93. Their live help was not available, so I called them immediately after I requested the withdrawal, and asked them to flush it.

WHICH THEY DID. No questions asked.

I have a huge problem, like many others, of reversing withdrawals, especially since us Americans have to wait forever to get paid. Now I don't have to worry about this cashout, and I still have $50 that I left in my account to play around with.

I was also told that they would first try to deposit it via ACH to my bank; and if that didn't work they would send me a check. I asked them to put a note on my account for it to be sent via courier. Again - not a problem.

They also said that I didn't need to send in any documents!

The whole call lasted less than 5 minutes.

Grand Monaco, you have a customer for life. Now only if more casinos could be like this, that are available to USA players. *cough*bodog*cough*

    Congrats!! Nice win!

I always enjoyed Grand Monaco. It's been one of my favorites. Good to hear their CS is still Johnny on the spot.

Nice to see they flush. Wonder if they'd join 32Red and Trident and reduce the reverse time to.

Maybe you can get in contact with GM and *nudge* them along?

Thanks...I was really never a slot player before I came here and drooled over the huge wins in the winner's thread. It sure beats the hell out of grinding away for hours at blackjack, or even poker for that matter. $2350 in < 2 weeks. Can't beat that with a stick!

What's scary is the fact that years ago (10+), I used to have a problem with gambling. I guess now that I'm older and more responsible, I have kicked that habit, and I'm able to actually CASH OUT now, without blowing it all back in the same session.
