thanks! you just put me in check...i need to go grocery shopping & do some laundry...my mind has a broken timer when it comes to the internet...hours go by & feel like minutes. I sometimes jump up & pretend to be cleaning when my husband gets home HA!

what you gonna do ?

don't walk! run! i started running about 3 years ago and i've finished my first marathon this year. running is the perfect substitute for gambling: it takes lots of time and sometimes it hurts. but if you're doing well, it makes you feel great
