The word is that Inchilli and Hype were totally seperate entities using the same (Player Preferred) software and (Firebrand Interactive) support and admin, but that for diverse reasons the original operators pulled out, leaving PP/FI with basket case casinos and an increasingly bad rep which they have since done little to enhance.

And they have been less than forthright in communicating the true situation to players and the market at large.

They may have managed to flog these operations to new operators, but in my view their antics this year do not make for a comfortable feeling and I would suggest that great caution is necessary here.

Bit of an understatement!
The last e-mail I had from them was on May-23 - and they said they needed a further 7-days to sort out the player & affy payments.

Since then the silence has been deafening...:mad:

Yeah, I know it's terrible to wait that long for a payment but I'm glad to at least get it. It makes no sense to me why they take so long and never give you a clear reason as to why their payout timeframe is so bad.

Two reasons:

No available cash

Unprofessional
