Everest and Imperial are trying it on

    Online Casinos what a joke!
I am absolutely sick of being messed about on the very rare occasions I cash out.probably 1 cashout to 100 deposits ratio.
    Heres the deal.
I deposited at these Casinos via moneybookers as they were accredited here and it says you recieve cashouts in 1 working day on their site.
After playing at one Grand Virtual casino I decided I like the software and so joined some others.
I have played here both with and without bonuses and the bonuses are automaticaly credited.
With my cashouts I never touched the bonus money and played well over the WR getting as high as around $600 before losing most of it so it should be very obvious from my playing pattern that I am not a bonus hunter.
Anyway surprise, surprise I cashout, 3 Days later no money, no email, no nothing!
So I email them as they have no phone support (pathetic)
Today I get emails(not a reply) stating that they want ID.
Ha ha for a few dollars and I know they do'nt usualy request ID.
    Alarm bells.
So I check what ID they want and they want a photo of me(what?) and front and back copies of my credit card!
    I deposited with moneybookers!
    Alarm bells.
...and it states when my information is verified they will send a cheque in the mail???????????
    ALARM BELLS
Funny they did'nt want ID with any of my deposits since my cashout requests!
If there is a rep here that represents these Casinos then please get in touch so we can sort this out.I would be happy to supply my moneybooker account details.
If anyone here knows a telephone number then that would be great.
I am sick to death of being messed about these people

Look in the casino contacts. They are under AffiliatedWeb. To be fair we should look under casino contacts BEFORE we post our complaints.

Also to be fair, why can't you avoid these 'dodgy' sites? *
As you're in the UK you can play at probably all of the casinos on the net - why not stick to the reputable ones?

    * Disclaimer; I'm assuming they're dodgy only because I have never heard of them before!

Grand virtual is not exactly dodgy, they have several casinos on the accredited list here, including imperial.

    Thanks Frufru.
By the way I did look under contacts BEFORE I posted but I naturally looked under Imperial and Grand Virtual.
Unfortunately there is no phone number just the email address I already have and since it seems to take them at least 3 Days to respond to each email this is not the ideal route of communication.
I have tried a PM and hope that gets some response.

Rusty, we understand you're upset but just a few days ago you were praising imperial casino in http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...400-bonus.html

This being said, can you think of something you may have done recently to trigger an identity check?

You said you opened a bunch of new accounts. We've all heard of cases where casinos void winnings if a player has multiple accounts right? I think it's against the terms. Just remember that under Grand Virtual is a large umbrella of casino sites.
Let's see what develops... (if there's a popcorn munching emoticon I'd use it)

They state in the bonus conditions that you can't take the same bonus in more than one Grand Virtual casino

Yes I praise the good and complain about the bad.Whats wrong with that.
The multiple account issue is with one Casino not different casinos but I agree this is what is probably causing the problem.
That said, there is no bonus issue here and any accounts are registered with the same name address email etc so there should be no issues at all.
I deposit and lose there is no problem.
    I make a cashout request.Problem!
    same old same old.

interesting point. just curious- how many accounts with the Grand virtual casino group do you have?

I can't imagine that an accredited casino group can be lumped into the "same old same old" conclusion. There must be reasons for all the praise in the other thread and for the accreditation no?

Anyway, it's not unheard of for casino groups to ask for ID. I get the impression there's more to this case than just giving you trouble because you asked to cash out.
Maybe they're blocking your cashout, or just want to check your ID because you opened a bunch of accounts?
So what's there to complain about then? You send them your ID, they approve it and you're done. Few days later if you're lucky your withdrawal is processed and that's it.
