Whats to complain about?
How about them not paying me what they owed for no good reason.
How about them asking for credit card copies when I deposted with neteller?
How about them stating that any payment would be made by cheque through snail mail?
How about them not answering my email?
How about them taking 3 Days and several deposits by me before informing me there was a problem?
How about them not having live help or a contact number?
Anyway they returned my withdrawals to my account which I played off in quick time with very few wins(no surprise there)
I would'nt deposit another cent with these people but I loved the software.
Uninstall.... delete...delete...
Online gambling is in a very sad state but I'm a gambler so I pay the price.

No Rusty, its not in a sad state, but in a very critical, ie: decisive time.
And that should be the point, where we go to the places which deserve our confidence - - and our money.
not the time for experimental hangovers
or: cliffhangers.
btw: i totally agree with you regarding eversest/imperial.

and i knew their terms and condition do not allow receive more than one bonus from their groups.. so i did not registered at other virual group casinos.

but in january David Banton sent to me nicely 200% match welcom bonus everest casino inviting mail. (50 deposit + 100 bonus)
so i taken that bonus and made $670 cashed out without problem

Rusty, I hope you get your $$$ very soon.

My personal experience of this group so far is still a very good one.

Sunday night I deposited at Imperial via credit card and took a 150$ 100% new player bonus. After playin till the early hours I met the requirements and cashed out.

I found them to have one of the best cashout systems ive come accross. As stated I deposited via CC and simply selected neteller as my cashout methed, put in my details and left it at that. The website does say they process every 24hrs, after 24hrs I did get a little worried expecting them to send me an ID request but 48hrs after cashing in they pay $375 into my neteller account.

Whats weird is they firstly pay the difference between your deposit and cashout, the CO was for 525 so they still owe 150$ (The amount of my original deposit). When the rest will arrive is anyones guess, as the first payment came 48hrs after instead of the stated 24 i'm expecting it to hit neteller some time this evening.

I'm still very pleased with this group, this kind of cashout is a first for me and no request for ID. My opinion will certainly change if there is a problem with the 150 but for now its all good still.

Treat as you find.
If I had been payed then I would have stayed with this group and if you have had no problems then I am glad and you have no reason to not play there.
The fact is for me they have messed me about and now they have their money back(which they would of got anyway and plenty more besides) because they would not pay me what they owed without putting me on the merry go round.
I just hope you have no problems in the future because their customer service is virtualy non existent(no response from the rep here to this thread or my PM either) and no information about why my cashout was denied along with a 3 Days response time to queries,no live help and no phone lines.
Regarding bonus by the way.
I never requested a bonus and any bonus I received was automatically credited to my account.
The withdrawal request I made which involved a sticky bonus the bonus was never touched and any WR was met many times over.
This is not a bonus issue and frankly I do not care anymore what their problem is/was I have spent up and will never play there again.
I can only give you the facts and let you make your own minds up if you wish to play at these Casinos.
They have been informed about this thread and thus far have declined to respond.
Good luck everyone and "Be careful out there."

I'm almost sure that they have refunded the remaining $150 to your credit card, that's what happened with me.

OK I have been in communication with them and my cashout was denied because you are only allowed 1 account with any casino that has grand virtual software apparently.
So basically they let me play deposit and lose then let me make cashout requests which were apparently being processed, redeposit some more make another cashout request, redeposit some more and then a few days later start with the ID bullshit run arround.
This group was happy to take my deposits and let me play while all the time obviously having no intention of paying me my cashouts.
If anyone thinks that is acceptable then good look to you but I will be avoiding these Casinos like the plague from now on.

I've started contacting any and all casinos I intend to play at precisely to avoid this kind of problem. Here's a recent one:

Quote:
Greetings,
I am considering playing with your group. I have used a couple of no deposit bonuses in the past; one at 7Sultans and one at Platinum Play, possibly another.
I would now possibly like to make a deposit. Is it possible to decline bonuses by simply not entering a code when I sign up? And if I were to accept a sign-up bonus, would my previous bonuses 'count against' me in any way?

I recently uninstalled casinos I don't play at regularly, so I don't know if I am a member anywhere in your group. If so, my user name would be xxxx or xxxxxx and my password would be xxxxxxx unless you assign user names.

name, address, phone, last 4 digits ss, email addresses used.

I simply want an upfront and transparent relationship should I decide to deposit, no surprises.

Thank you
So far I've had great open and helpful responses.

I know it shouldn't have to be like this, the software should automatically x-reference your registration for any parameters and reject you or inform you about limitations. Casino Rewards does that if I remember right.
Speaking of CR, I just got an offer from a casino I have already used the bonus at about a year ago, but you can't read the t&c unless you download the casino. So I wrote to them. I've cashed in hundreds of thousands of loyalty points across their group, we'll see if they respond in a timely fashion.

A microgaming site that pissed me off the other day was 777dragon. I had to download and go through the whole registration process before they rejected me for jurisdiction (I'm not in one of the eleven 'illegal' states). I should go through affiliate portals that inform for US players or not I guess, and earn someone else a little dough.

Good luck Rusty It's either got to be fun or profitable, or why bother?
