hi there everyone, Im hoping someone can advise me on what to do next,so here is the problem; On the 30th dec 06 i was playing in a casino [that has a brilliant reputation and has always payed out with no problems] on a certain game called lotsaloot, i hit 3 lotsaloot on the bottom line when they all jumped to 2 bars ,they had time to all stop and then jump, i was gobsmacked ive had the odd reel jump before but not 3 so i got in contact with the casino and told them what had happened,so now after over 3 weeks its still with the software dept who are still looking into it and all i get is "we will get back to you when they get back to us". I have emailed twice a week and always the same, should it take this long? do i leave it longer or what? anyone else had this problem? (3 lotsaloot 2000 3 bars 22.50) ty in advance

Sounds similarish to the Mega Moolah issue. The Microgaming system keeps a backend log of all RNG's generated. My guess is they will consult this and a) agree that your payout was incorrect or b), more likely, explain that there was a difference between the graphic display and the RNG result. They will probably be able to supply a log from the audit trail though to back it up as they do keep these.

so whats my chances of getting the money off them, ive never been in this situation before, does this sort of thing happen then, that a slot machine can stop on a certain win jump onto something else and not register?

Were casino games downloading while you were playing?

I see similar jumps and heart breakers (saw 2 7's +Cash Crazy multiplier jump and become one 7, a blank, and a bar) when the casino software is updating.

That's an extremely good point - and the most likely explanation!

I'm sorry deavera, but I think it's extremely unlikely that you will get paid.
For starters you have absolutely no evidence (unless you were videoing it!).
I'm 99% sure MG software is fair - better luck in the future!
