Who has played with them and how did you find the payout experience please....did they pay you with no hassle or was it a struggle?

    Thanks.

Hi Annoyed33 and welcome to the forum.

I have never played there but if you do a "search" for amber coast you will find plenty of threads about them Also, if you are new here then be aware of the Accredited Casinos List which is a sound list of places safe to play if you are unsure.

    Cheers

Amber Casino is from EuroGrand and Joyland Group.

The worst live help I seen. The operator says that they have live games and that I can withdraval with ECOcard. That's not right but she repeats it ¬¬'

After 2 hours of slowly responses and stupid things, she says that I'm right and she's sorry ¬¬'

After that I uninstalled this casino...

    Agree with above.
Don't need to touch any 'dodgy' sites - there are LOADS of reputable places.
    (Especially for UK players! )

The reason why I ask is that I hit a 'Lo' Royal Flush (2,3,4,5,6, of same suit)with them at the weekend winning $4000. Played $500 back and am waiting for a withdrawal of 3500. Delay tactics are built in (wait 5 business days) and they denied receiving my documentation for 2 days before finally acknowledging it (just slow staff?..they take ages to cash my credit card deposits).

Thankfully, I can find no strong evidence that they are rogues and I will keep you posted.

If they pay with no more hassle (and they will pay- I will make sure of that! ) I will broadcast it here....and if they give more hassle, I will make a big scene everywhere I can on the Net.

I can say however that two way royals is a nice video poker variant and I find my money lasts for hours there.

Amber Coast may be a great place to bet. Wait for updates on my experience before you go there though.

Wishing you all the best with your withdrawal!
On the other side: They belong to Joyland group. Joyland is rogued.
There is hardly any danger that anyone who reads the forum carefully and studies the accredited and rogues sites, will deposit and play there.
(guess, you played there, before coming to the forum?)

I hope I don't have to eat my words later people.

However, I received a lovely email today stating that my payment has been processsed and the Draft is on its way to me. With the document hassle being the only exception, this has been a straight up honest great experience so far.

I will keep you informed if the Draft does not arrive. However, I get more confident by the day and today am very confident.

I am certainly going back to play there as a result- money lasts for ages and as I said, 2 way royals is a really nice video poker game....especially since you can make something of traditionally 'fruit salad' hands....suddenly a 4 and say a 6 of the same suite are two Royal Flush elements and worth holding.

Thanks for allowing me a forum to talk about my hopes and fears.

i have actual a problem with amber coast. i played a lot of playtechs but always without any kind of bonuses. also in the joyland group. and until now i had no problems with their casinos joyland and eurogrand.
before i started to play in the amber coast i emailed the support to unsubscribe me from the bonus list and they write me back that everything is okay.
then i deposited and i received no bonus money.
i played only two rounds black jack switch with my own money and i would like to test the withdrawal section.
but in the amber coast they declined my withdrawal request with the reason i received a signup bonus... but this is absolutely wrong.
i look to my certainty in the transaction history and there is no bonus money listed. only my deposit. but they told me i received a bonus and must wager it 99x... hello??? look into my transaction history and you'll see your mistake.
    what a stupid support...
now i emailed playtech about this case.
