Anyone know any contacts for this casino, they claim they are big on everything, they are not big on answering emails, I sent an email 3 days ago regarding Mega Moolah and the shortfall on the jackpot, I have played a lot on this game at this casino, guess they just dont want to address it.

You can try to send an e-mail to [email protected]. They didnt reply to my loyalty points query for 2 days but this was resolved when I sent a mail to the supervisor who got it fixed iwithin 12 hours.

I don't like hearing that.....what did you mean by your question: "shortfall on the jackpot" ?
There wasnt really a "shortfall" on the jackpot spinner, it would just pay less than what was shown, I am not sure if I have been shortchanged or not, they say no, whatelse do I have to go on, one other thing to make sure nobody thinks this is a bad place, I won and got paid very quickly without any hassles whatsoever and I continue to play there, they just took a while to answer my email which I still think is a big deal, but I trust them fully, which overides a few bitches I have
