They have changed the terms a few days ago.

First the accepted players - having an old account at 888.com but its change now.

No one with an old accout at 888 can get the sign up bonus - but I know that at least one of my friends have gotten the bonus - but that can be a software glitch

Okay final word from me on 21.com I just spoke to their affiliate manager and she tells me that the deal between 21.com and 888 has a clause whereby players that have played at 888 in the 6 months prior to joining 21.com are classed as "existing" 888 players already. This consequently means that they are effectively not "21.com" customers in the business agreement between the licencee and licensor and therefore cannot be offerred the bonus a second time.
