My recommendations would be as follows:

Microgaming: 32Red and all the casinos in the Tridente group. Some other MG's may be great also, but I can't speak from experience.

RTG: Inetbet and Bodog

Others: Intercasino, Cherry Casino (slot players need not apply here )

I can strongly recommend 32 Red Casino and InterCasino. They are excellent online casinos with good reputations, great service, lots of games and very generous bonuses. Both casinos offer monthly 100% match bonuses with a low wagering requirement on top of their welcome bonuses. The OP asked for quick payouts, which rules out all the Cryptos (Wagerlogic) (except William Hill - instant) because the first time you use them you have to wait 5-7 days for your PIN in the post!
However - I think it's worth waiting because once you've got your PIN withdrawals to Neteller are VERY fast with no reverse withdrawal option.

Golden Palace must be a joke? I haven't used them myself yet - but I'm sure I've read several times that your first withdrawal can take up to 3-weeks!
(And I think you have to send ID, don't you?)

I agree - stick to Meister's list, but you still need to check out each casino's T&C's to see if ID will be required and what they say about speed of payouts.
