    grand banks

Any tips on how to get paid here? I signed up in October because I saw they had been taken off the rogue list. I made a withdrawal on 17th October 2005. I asked them a few weeks ago where my cashout was. They said it would be coming 'soon'.

So i asked again today, apparently it is slow because I chose moneybookers and 'we're a bit slow processing moneybookers withdrawals'. The reason by the way that I cashed out by moneybookers is that I was not able to cashout by cheque because they have a £1000 minimum cashout amount for cheques and my withdrawal was only £250.

They can't tell me when I will be paid because the financial services manager doesn't work weekends.

Any good tips on how to get paid here?

    Thumbs up they will pay

    Hi,
I'm sorry to hear your story.
Anyway, trust me, they will pay, it might take weeks or months but eventually they pay.
I would suggest you to first file a complain with www.playtech.com before the 60 days rule applies.
Also, send the casino emails saying you demand your payment ASAP, bother them every week.
Thier policy is to hold payments for long time but eventually they pay.
Good luck and next time choose better your casinos.
    Alessandra.

I agree with silvida, it might take a lot longer than you like, but they will pay. I recommend calling them up on the phone each and every day, that usually works better for me than emails. Good luck!

ive played at a few playtechs and have always met cash-outs problems, although nothing on the scale of some of the complaints on here, i think the worst was golden palace which took 6-8 weeks, shortest monaco gold 2-3 weeks.

although these wern't too excessive waiting times, the problem i found and hated was the fact i had to jump through hoops to get my money, that i was given excuse after excuse and to be quite frankly honest i knew that when speaking to CS on the phone i was being fobbed off and lied too.

a quick look around a few sites soon told me i would get money, but to me any casino thats tries to stall payments is casino that doesn't want to pay, i'm not talking ID requests or the standard things here, but things such as being asked for your ID then being told they didnt recieve or they cant read it , can you send it again or emails just blantantly ignored.

although a casino that doesnt want to pay is not the same as casino that wont pay, the fact is if your ever gambling with anyone you should never gamble will someone who doesnt want pay, even if they always do pay in the end.

I wish you people would stop doing that. It seems as though if a casino is placed on "probation" players start signing up in droves. What's the matter with you people??

How about waiting until they fulfill getting their act together and keeping it that way - or just stick to the casinos listed here: http://www.casinomeister.com/casinos.html

    Okay - venting is over.

Have you PMd thechancegroup, or are you venting as well?

It's a compliment - people trust you. You cannot establish whether or not a casino has got anything together and keeping it that way if people don't play there.

Has there been ANY change here? Are they doing ANYTHING differently? From this thread, I see no evidence of it. Same slow to no pays. When does this "probabtion" end, and on what basis was it granted in the first place?

I recommend calling them up on the phone each and every day, that usually works better for me than emails.
I recommend not playing here. It works great for me.

    Thumbs up any news?

    Mr. Thelawnet,
    somethings happened?
I myself had a debt of 2,500GB. It took 3-4 months until they started paying in a 500GBP a week rate. In 5 weeks the money was in my neteller account.
in the meanwhile, drive them crazy, PAB (although in my case the casino meister ignores me for quite a while but I guess it's only because of the holidays) , file a complain with playtech, send them emails everyday, complain at every forum.
    Good luck,
    Alessandra.

Amen to that, works great for me too. Personally, I don't play Playtech period anymore. If and when I manage to win something, I want my money within 72 hours tops, not 72 days, or even weeks. No excuse for such long delays in payment.
