This is from their live chat
These are familiar lines of bullshit, it's always the financial manager who will be informed, he's never available, I should try tomorrow, as it is his day off, and nothing ever happens.Player18: I was wondering where my cashout is
Jane: I'm sorry but we have backlog with some of the payment aty the moment
Jane: however, I'lll inform the financila manager about your inquiery
Jane: they will proceed it as soon as possible
Player18: a backlog? I cashed out in october
Jane: I apologize fir that
Player18: is the backlog three months long?
Jane: yes, I'm sorry
But the three month backlog is classic.
If it were worth your while, you could always go and bug Playtech at the ICE in two weeks. Obviously you'd be blown off with whatever BS, but it could cause some embarrassment that might get word through to Grand Banks, and I daresay you can do Bolshy Bastard as well as I can.
They're good at this. On the ICE subject: when I visted Playtech with a specific question a couple of years ago, I got the same: manager in a meeting, come back in two hours...oops, he's in another meeting...etc etc. Phone, live chat or face to face, they're equally slippery.Originally Posted by thelawnet
A 3 month delay due to some cock up on an individual account is bad CS. 3 Month backlog as a matter of routine should have alarm bells ringing - are they using money coming in to pay money going out; and having to wait for this?
More pertinent is to ask at what rate they are routinely processing cashouts, and how this has allowed the backlog to grow this large if it has nothing to do with cashflow issues.
A wall of silence should be taken as bad news, and the bad publicity could make the problems even worse, which will result in them contacting players with excuses allowing them even more time to process the cashouts.
The only way you can classify a three month backlog is totally unacceptable.
We all know how bad Chance Group (Grand Bay, Sterlinghouse and Black Widow casinos) are on this payment delay front - it's been going on for years - yes, years - and the complaints are legion. The only surprise to me is that they are still in business.
Despite this group's continued reprehensible conduct toward bonus players, which is some of the most blatantly egregious on the Internet imo, Playtech would appear to have taken little or no action to improve matters at their licensee.
Regarding ICE, giving complainers the runaround at the Playtech stand is only marginally worse than actually getting hold of their marketing manager. She appears to have little idea of what is going on and in my several experiences looks poised for immediate and alarmed flight during any conversation beyond the weather!
The licensing jurisdictions they use are pretty much useless in my experience, too so that is not a practical avenue, and Playtech's dispute channel has yet to show it does anything really useful at all.
That doesn't leave much room for a decent resolution, other than asking Bryan if he can use his good contacts at Chance and Playtech to get things moving.
This smacks of closing the stable doors after the horse has gone, I know but the players' best course to avoid stress and anxiety here in future is simply to go elsewhere.

Sorry, but I'm not wasting my time with these guys any more. PABs are backlogged - if I have any Black Widow etc. (which I know I do), I'll send them off. But for any more complaints from this group - sorry - can't help you there.Originally Posted by jetset

I trust the Meister somewhat. However, am not so forgiving, hence the somewhat.
When Bryan rogues, I trust the firm deserves it because he takes his time.
When Bryan puts on probation, they stay rogued in my book.
I hope this time the firm get no second second chance, otherwise they'll carry on playing the game.
