Hi there people.

I'm a new member from Portugal. I discover this forum after searching for an answer for a problem in a Casino.

Anyway I hope this forum can be helpful.... I'm not any good at this type of things.:p

Dizem que os documentos que envio têm pouca qualidade (apesar de serem scaneados), e posteriormente disseram que não aceitavam cartas do banco apesar de claramente ser um extracto bancário.

extrato bancario e scaneado ou e tirado da net?

se for scaneado ok
se for tirado da net muda o nome e mete "scanned bank statement"
 
I don't speak a word of Portuguese, but there are some quite obvious words in there - so I get the gist of the problem!

the problem here is
the player has an account in winner casino

it has made some winnings
they are asking him for the documents, he sent the documents scanned but the casino refuses the id with photo and the bank statement

for me a casino reject a bank statement? its a bad excuse to keep the money some more time or to dont pay

do you "know" someone in winner casino? (i think is part of the "europa group") they are not acredited here
 
É tirado do site do banco. Hum... e pode-se fazer isso? Visto que já enviei o documento sem estar modificado dessa forma?

faz isso
ou apaga aquele ficheiro, saca outra vez do site do banco, e ao colocares "guardar como" metes "scanned bank statement jan12" por exemplo

podes fazer isso e deves fazer isso em qualquer casino que te peçam os documentos seja "acredited" ou nao, que assim eles nao tem como provar que foi tirado da net

No, I've never played there or worked with them at all.
I did visit their stand at LAC a few days ago - they are quite well known in the industry and have been around a while, so I think they are legitimate.
If the player can't resolve the problem himself, he can always PAB.

he is asking for help because maxd is in the "ICE".... and the pab has no answer yet
i already played in winner casino 1 or 2 times but never had a winning there and never asked by the documents...(this it was in 2008 when i begin to gamble online)

but i dont understand why a casino refuses a bank statement.... i allways send bank statement as "proof of adress" and is allways accepted (in acredited casinos).....
