    Heya

    Hi my name is dean,

    i live in australia and i recently became interested in roulette and found i could play online and possibly win some money

    i use onlinevegas.com, their roulette software is the best i have found so far with ease to use and quickness between spins plus $1 min. bets compared to $5, but they really like to make it hard for me to collect my winnings which kinda upsets me.

    i recently withdrawed $5820 to be sent in a cheque, their maximum withdrawal amount is $8000 but for some reason they sent me a $3000 cheque then they sent me the balance a week later.

    i cashed the $3000 dollar cheque into the bank last tuesday where i was surprised to hear that it would take 6-8 weeks to clear(i understand its not the casino's problem but because it is an international cheque), but then i recieve an email today from onlinevegas stating that there has been some closing of accounts(not mine) and i will not be able to cash in the cheque of $3000, which makes no sense why they would stop it. but they will be sending out another payment during this week. it is clear to see that its dirty games so as to hold onto their money/my money for as long as possible.

    then in the signature of that email they have this:

    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
    By the way make sure you are getting the latest promotions, updates and events from Online Vegas. Here is a link with simple steps to follow to ensure you are not missing out on any upcoming affairs.

    why would i care care about the latest promos when i havent even recieved my money yet, for all i know i may never recieve it!

    right now i am waiting for customer support so i can ask them if i can have the amount sent through bank wire, i'm just desperate to see my money! the other options i have for withdrawal is neteller and moneybookers but neteller still havent got back to me about my account verification which i did 4-5 weeks ago and i heard moneybookers arent much better, does anyone have a problem with bank wire transfers or anyone in australia for that matter it'd be good to hear your experiences as to what to expect.

    sorry to rant i just had to let it all out.

    thanks for your time.

    Hi Dean,

    If I were you I'd just pick up the phone and give Neteller a call. I've been using them for more years than I can remember and they've always been very helpful when I've needed to call them.

    As to your cash-out problem; well I don't know what is going on there. This group has a reasonable reputation on the net; not stellar, but not rogue either so your money should be safe.
    If you can't get anywhere with the casino yourself, you can Pitch-A-Bitch with Casinomeister and see if Max can help you get your problem sorted.

    Welcome to Casinomeister, Dean. I hope you get things straightened out for yourself. And, to be honest, you sound just like any one here with a problem. Most problems are solvable.

    Good Luck!
