As part of the feedback process, I have looked into your welcome offers and I think they are really uncompetitive.

The 200% bonus requires 50x D+B to cashout which is very steep. 30X is about the norm and I can live with that but its hard to be attracted with that kind of restriction. A 100% with 20x or 25x would be a good alternative option to provide IMO

You might also want to review your $100 ND survey promo as Im still scratching my head at the rules and I can foresee many players getting caught breaking the rules inadvertantly.

Anyway, I will keep my eyes peeled to see if you can take on board the feedback we all provide here.

I was a customer of yours. You really need to improve on the promo stuff, like not sending the same newsletter everytime. And be able to redeem comp points before you have wagered 100k. Plus your CS could know what promos you currently offer.

The 200% bonus is horrible, the SegaPass 100% with 40xB is better. They dont mention any excluded games or specific weightings so one has to assume that everything counts as 100%.

And almost forgot, dont call your customers only to offer 10€ on a 50€ deposit without even telling the terms.

I've played there since they opened and while there have been a few teething issues, they readily admit they are learning and have definitely started to improve. Actually to be fair, CS via Live Chat was very friendly and professional since Day 1.

A couple of things worth noting, one good one not so good. They flush (for me anyway) via Live Chat which is great (without that I wouldn't play there) and quite unusual for a Playtech. The not so good is that the comp points - even at VIP level - are pretty crap. Actually, they were very decent when SEGA started out but they changed the system for some reason and now they're not even worth logging in for LOL.

The one thing that does come across is that they sound like they want to do things right, it's just a question of lining up the ducks and getting feedback. And they are licenced in Alderney. Can't get better than that.

Now, they just need to get the Marvel Slots. Oh and the odd ND bonus would be nice

100 dollar no deposit is nice but probably gets abused alot. I'm rather partial to no restrictions no W/R sticky or not bonuses because they are more beneficial to table players. Why not set somthing like that up EXCLUSIVELY for table players? I think it would be feasible and provide less risk to the casino if it had a minimum withdrawable amount.

Nobody really tailor's operations to table player's and it could be a nice niche market.

Actually there is a problem with some Playtech casinos including SEGA, Betfair and another I tried (cant remember which) which might be related. When I go to login on one of my two PCs, I don't get the login form but instead a message saying "Unable to load the page. Retry". It's impossible to get past it it seems.

It only happens on some PC's and I initially thought it might be a firewall issue but closing the FW doesn't help. It seems to be only those casinos that call a webpage to load the login form and for some reason the page refuses the request.

I contacted CS and they suggested a reinstall but it doesn't help and I know of someone else who got the same issue. Might be related to your issue Mavin.

Webpage. It's common error when the (PHP/Perl) code is broken so it's down to the casino to fix.

Actually, the terms for the free $100 are harsh and difficult to follow, and there is bound to be issues with it....this will become obvious as you read below:

Yes, but it is worse than that - you have to receive the 100% bonus on that deposit and wager it, along with the ND winnings, 20 times.

I think these bonuses are misleading and it is the kind of thing I would expect to see at a virtual or some other rogue.

Just give $10 for the survey with 100xWR and a max cashout of $100 - at least it gives the player some chance.

Players should always have a chance unless the software is crooked and I've said before, nobody should complain about the WR on something that is free.

People should however complain about being offered a no deposit bonus and then being told they have to deposit to cash out.

I don't believe for one minute that these casinos don't know exactly what they're doing. They use terms like no deposit and words like free with no intention at all of giving anyone anything unless you give them your money. It's dishonest.

If a casino lies to me once I don't trust them. I don't care if that lie comes from management, support or their advertising department.

About 3-4 months ago, a casino review forum had a banner that advertised a $30.00 free chip for signing up at "Saga Casino." I signed up, then contacted live chat. They said "I would have to take a short survey, and after that they would call me." I took the survey, but never got a call from them. Come to find out later, I heard all european players are banned. Can't figure out why they then let me register.

I joined the Sega buddy, when I went to try the video slots, I clicked on play as a guest and got the same errors as others did that 404 error, lol so I am thinking these are all video slot games so I click on diaper dash lol its a video game I do not want to play a video game, I am anxious to try the slots even in guest mode, so how do we do this please?
