Going to court on this doesnt bother me at all, im right! But the courts will have to consider what will happen WHEN they lose,,,,, Its a golden ticket! I actually would love to go to court on this as long as I file an injunction that lets me operate till court takes place. Game on. Hey, when your right, what do you have to be afraid of?

Hummmmm, I guess you'd have to ask all those folks in prison........our judiciary has managed to imprison people for long periods of time with no seeming justification other than "national security."
