Can't view casino representative sections

I'm not allowed to view the casino representative section. I get the following error message:

you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Things like this are almost always glitches somewhere in the forum software or our setup of same. Don't assume that it's something personal, it almost never is.

In case you were wondering...

There are around 57 separate user groups within the forum (really). The i-Gaming reps section requires me to manually add each user group that is allowed permissions to use it - I forgot to add the two most recent user groups Experienced (group 56) and Uebermeister (57). I'm surprised no one else pointed this out
