You already took care of that... They are in the Rogue Pit - Where they Belong.

I seriously doubt you will be considering putting the Virtual Group on probation?

Virtual Casino group or not (Gambling Wages) - this is serious. Gambling Wages haven't had hardly a complaint for an entire year, so what's to stop them from requesting a review? They know I have dealt with them fairly in the past. But if they - or any casino group for that matter - are stifling player complaints with implied or explicit threats, then I need to know about this ASAP.

Players need to forward me chat logs or emails with these comments.

Although its not in relation to me, I have PM'ed the details to you. Its interesting what stance was actually taken against a player.

I've very happy to see that Bryan has made his position on this clear and players should take it very seriously.

I've been in the unfortunate position of having worked on a PAB for weeks only to have the player retract everything because the casino is blackmailing them to not talk to us under the threat of not being paid. This galls me to no end but it is a comfort to know they could roast for it in the end.

It's all up to the player though, if they don't speak out then the skullduggery goes unchecked.

But posting a problem and asking for help from a casino representative is still okay, right?

    Obviously yes.

What we are up against are players who bully customer service persons into doing things they wouldn't necessarily do. It's intimidating and abusive. Some casinos are absolutely paranoid about getting slammed here whether it's justified or not.

The way customer service reps should handle this is just to simply say, "Go ahead, post your feelings." and not cave to threats.
