    Question PAB feedback

    Hi,
I posted a PAB 2 days ago but I have not heard anything back from anybody. Is there a place I can go to see feedback on a PAB or if it even was submitted correctly? How do I know I submitted it correctly and if any action is taking place on the issue. I am a little confused since this is the first time I have posted here.

Anyway, yes, as thebizb said, I'm your man for PABs.

If I recall correctly the PAB FAQ (here) says you can expect to hear back from us to at least acknowledge your PAB within a few days of your submission. Since you submitted your PAB on a Thursday evening and we don't work weekends .... I'm sure you get the idea.

As to places to look for status, no, no such facility exists. Basically what you hear back from Bryan or I is your status.

FYI, I expect to process and submit your PAB on Monday. At that time I usually send out a "your PAB has been submitted" message and after that we get in touch when there's something to report.

If you have any other questions this is as good a place as any to ask, so fire away.

As a forum suggestion, how about an email auto-responder to at least tell a member that the system has accepted and forwarded the PAB. The worry some might have is that there was a technical problem, and if they simply wait nothing will ever happen. This is quite a common experience with casinos, where sometimes patience does NOT pay, and only after querying the delay, are you told that "your query was never received" or something similar.

I have raised the issue of a late payment from *******, and was told it was because there was a "time out", and NOBODY actually CHECKS that a payment has completed successfully, they ASSUME it has because the system has submitted it. Patience here would mean NEVER getting paid, because nobody realised that I hadn't, until I raised a query.

Personally I detest auto-responders but if it's something folks really want ....

I know I hate them when they come from a casino after submitting a withdrawal. Also, when I order anything on line, I get this auto response that doesn't tell me if my order got there correctly and if I do see something is wrong, the little statement "do not reply to this e-mail" pi$$es me off.

Of course, Bryan could hire a part time secretary for Max. It would keep him mellow and then everyone would call him Sweet Little Max!!

God I hate those 'donotreply' addresses too and especially the one I get after I of course reply anyway 'We are sorry but this email is not monitored so we can not answer your question and we WANT to answer your question so bla bla bla'. Sounds a little bit like a monitored reply to me. I figure they do get whatever message I write but for some reason they can't reply and actually most of the time I just want to tell them something anyway and don't need an answer.

I do however remember a little anxiety during the PAB ordeal and an auto response might have been helpful and kept me from showing up on your doorstep in the middle of the night eh Maxd? not really but only cuz I didn't know which country you were in.

There is a possibility to have a script installed that would show the status of PABs. I think that would be better than having an auto responder I'll check on this.

    *snort!* *coffee through nose*

'Fraid it'll take more than a little administrative help to manage that miraculous transformation.

Status thingy sounds promising. And I agree, I'm still not keen on the auto-responder idea. To me those things just say "I'm a lazy-ass so my computer is going to pretend to do my job for me."

Check your email, I have sent confirmation that your issue has been submitted to the casino people.
