I gave up gambling,
Now all i ever do is make mind bets,
You never bet any real money you only bet in your mind.
The results are fairly good, ive only lost my mind 5 times so far this month

I believe it is an issue with how the VBSEO software has named the url for the thread. It has added the word print at the end to the url - Thus the VBulletin Software is displaying the page to our browsers formatted for printing.
This is not an error with the forum software. Hence it does not appear elsewhere.

Therefore any url ending in -print.html will display the page in the ready for printing format.
I believe it is possible for Bryan to exclude the use of the word 'print' in the VBSEO backend when it rewrites the urls for each thread.
VBSEO for those that are not aware is the seo plugin for VBulletin forums.
