Follow up to the Posted Threads

In my opinion this site lacks some sort of comment from the Meister since many of the Threads just get posted, are very important, but noone reacts to them.

An example is the Thread about Pokerstars and Full Tilt that are 2 of the main Poker rooms where we all play.

Of course Bryan will speak for himself but the general idea is that the community of members here are main contributors to ongoing discussions. We'll chip in where we need to, or have a particular interest, but we are usually pretty busy with site business behind the scenes. Not every topic needs our input.

That said, if you want Bryan's input on a particular thread feel free to flag it for him. Grab the URL of any specific post that you think needs attention (top right of any post) ...



And send that URL to Bryan, or any of the mods, via Private Message with a brief explanation of why you think we need to have a look at it. That is probably the most direct way to get our input on something.

If there is something wrong or inappropriate with the post in question feel free to use the 'Report Post' mechanism:

I completely agree.

The mods and senior members here are a gold mine of information.
Between them and the PAB service, you should be able to have all of your questions answered and issues resolved.

I've only ever asked The Boss to look at one thread.
(the cheaters in Nedplay/Microgaming tournaments)
They weren't responding to me so he gave them a poke with the cattle prod, and voilà...a quick flurry of activity and the games are fair again.

Hi Dr. Carlos

Like Max said - I let the members respond and control the threads as much as possible. I find that this gives a more balanced view of an issue since we all have differing backgrounds and view points, and I don't want my voice to be a dominant factor.

There are a number of threads that catch my attention, and quite a few that don't. So I rely on the members to give me a heads up on whatever they feel I should be commenting on -- and I make it a priority to participate in these matters when they rouse me from my slumber
