I can't get paid by BETONBET

I have been a loyal customer with betonbet.com for over a year and i never had any troubles cashing out money. The last month i notice a very huge change to their slow-payments and i quickly cashed out all my money ($1900) so i can switch to something else.

It has been 16 days since i have placed my withdrawal ($1900) and i am still waiting for the money. I have already contact them by (Live Chat and Email) but they just really don't give a damn shit.

Any suggestions please.. Where do i should submit a complaint ?

Eurolinx and Betonbet are the same company. Both are having major problems right now that go back several months.
